Study of Orderly Electricity Consumption Auxiliary Strategy Based on Fine Power Utilization Feature Mining

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the present orderly electricity consumption program of Chongqings Two Rivers District, studies the fine power utilization feature mining method, employs the clustering algorithm based of Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) to analyze the load data of important business users, and at last proposes the suggested orderly electricity consumption auxiliary strategy of Two Rivers District. The research results of this paper will provide decision-making basis for the formation and implementation of more rational orderly electricity consumption program in Two Rivers District.
