New Trend of Eco-Industrial Parks’ Construction and Management

Abstract:

Eco-industrial parks (EIPs) are indispensable loading of economic reformation in our country. The cycling and sustainable development of Chinese economy takes Eco-industrial parks as the major form for practice. This article expounds the new ways in the process of the eco-industrial parks’ construction and management from the beginning of construction to the present, focuses on the construction of information platform, data platform, technology innovation platform and the reform of new management mechanism. And briefly illustrates the relationship and effect between the eco-industrial parks’ construction and ecological civilization construction. These new developments had promoting the eco-industrial parks’ construction to be more scientific, and entirely.
