Abstract:

Basing on the existed theory, the paper built the evaluation model of innovation performance for high-tech enterprise. By analysis of investigation data, the evaluation indexes were preliminary screened. Finally the evaluation index system of innovation performance was proved to be solid reliability and validity through confirmatory factor analysis. The verified evaluation model and index system by quantitative research in the paper provided theoretical basis and methods for innovation performance management of high-tech enterprise, which was beneficial for their promotion of innovation ability and laying foundation for innovation development.
