Abstract: The article summarizes the regularity of faults structure by statistics of Geological Exploration and many production geological data , analysis of the characteristics of the fault structure in No.5 coal . The results indicate that there are 6 large and medium-sized faults in No.5 coal and the faults are mainly NEE and NE trending. The small faults are more development in coal area , and the faults are messy but mainly EW trending secondly NW . The fault structure caused certain negative influence to safety production .

Abstract: This paper describes the principles and technical methods of the ants body technology used in Gaotaizi Oilfield. By analyzing the actual results can be seen, the ants body technology is a more efficient way of identifying fault interpretation, and can improve the interpretation accuracy, and also has certain instructional significance to the distribution of oil and gas reservoirs.

Abstract: Compared with 2-point variogram-based geostatistics, multiple-points geostatistics is able to delineate reservoirs of complex spatial architecture or geometries more accurately. Multiple-point geostatistics stochastic simulation is introduced to apply on delta reservoir modeling by taking 2Sa block in a certain oil field at BeiBuWan basin for example. At first, the training image of 2Sa block deposited in delta frontier of study area is established by digitizing sedimentary facies and then facies model of 2Sa block is created with the method of multiple-point geostatistics. The result indicates that facies model simulate the sedimentary microfacies space distribution as well as distribution law of sandbodies, which provides a guiding significance for predicting the distribution of effective sand-body in the study area.

Abstract: The hydrocarbon trap evaluation is theoretical guidance for the practical exploration of hydrocarbon traps, the present complicated exploration targets requires the conclusion of hydrocarbon trap evaluation more scientific and reliable so as to adapt to the requirement of high frequency, high precision trap exploration. With the guidance of system theory and modern scientific evaluation theory, modern hydrocarbon traps evaluation has already become a system engineering, which obviously characterized by the comprehensive evaluation, quantitative evaluation and comprehensive decision. In this paper the comprehensive evaluation system for hydrocarbon traps has been established, it indicated that the comprehensive evaluation tends to be a whole procedure which involves such aspects including evaluation contents, data, methods, techniques, and evaluation process specifically, so its main components includes: evaluation object characteristics, theoretical guidance, evaluation contents, methods, techniques, and database establishment. Furthermore, it emphasize closely on the analysis of the exploration objects, focus on the comprehensive geological research, supported by scientific exploration and thinking and computer technology, considered evaluation method and technology research as the key contents, and finally enable to provide reference for the modern hydrocarbon trap exploration when it appear to become increasingly complicated and subtle.

Abstract: Reservoir quality is the key for the petroleum exploration for middle-deep formation in the Bozhong Depression because the middle-deep reservoir is with the characteristics of big burial depth and poor physical property which is difficult to predict, but the physical property of dolostone reservoir (includes bioclastic dolostone and terrigenous clastic dolostone) is significant better than that of the clastic reservoir in the same depth in the second member of Shahejie Formation of QHD36-3 oil field, which could be one of the frontier for high production reservoir exploration. The paper concludes that the development of dolostone is mainly controlled by paleogeomorphology and paleo water depth as well as the distance from the source area. Building up the related sedimentary pattern is good for the exploration aiming at bioclasti dolostone and terrigenous clastic dolostone reservoir.

Abstract: Use of drilling, logging and seismic data, research on K1sh geology and geochemical characteristics of Zhaozhou Sag, combining the geohistory, thermal history and chemical kinetics evaluation of tight gas resource potential of K1sh. The results show that, TOC of K1sh in Zhaozhou Sag mean value is 1.12%; The type of organic matter mostly of type III andII1; the average maturity of 2.41%, more than 70% entered the mature stage. Mudstone are developed widely, the average thickness of 140 meters. In the simulation experiments based on hydrocarbon generation thermal, In the study area by using chemical kinetic method for the quantitative evaluation of hydrocarbon source rock in the deep formation. The results show that, K1sh in Zhaozhou Sag total generating capacity is 4.68×1012m3, the results can be seen from the generated gas, the K1sh in Zhaozhou Sag has high resource potential.

Abstract: Remote sensing technology as a kind of new and advanced technology has been playing an important role in geological mapping and prospecting. A single kind of remote sensing data always has both advantages and disadvantages. And with multispectral remote sensing data types increasing, the integrated application of multi-source remote sensing data will be one of the development trend of remote sensing geology. In this paper, comprehensive utilization of multi-source remote sensing data such as ETM+, ASTER, Worldview-II and DEM, lithology and geological structure of Qiangduo area in Tibet were interpreted in different levels and mineralized alteration information also was extracted. Then on the basis of modern metallogenic theory, analyzed the multiple mineralization favorite information, established the remote sensing prediction model, and on the GIS platform, carried out metallogenic prediction of the study area. The field validation shows that the results of the prediction are relatively accurate and remote sensing technology can improve the efficiency of geological work.

Abstract: Based on the logging and drilling data of DMP structure in Sichuan basin.We study the characteristics and control factors of biohermal reservoir of X formation deeply. The research show that the biohermal reservoir is comprised of biohermal dolostone and fine-medium crystalline dolomite mainly;Intergranular pore,dissolved cave and pore space are mainly kinds of reservoir space;The physical property of the reservoir is not very good,with the low porosity and low permeability.Fractures grow well in reservoir, forming a kind of fractured reservoir.The formation and evolution of the reservoir is controlled by the sedimentary facies, tectonization and diagenesis.

Abstract: Based on the comparison among strata, lithology, tectonic characteristics, author focuses on the geological characters and metallogenetic regularity of the Eastern Mengnuo Pb-Zn deposit, and combining with analysis of the soil element geochemical anomaly in the Weatern Mnegnuo area. It is believed that there is a good potential for exploring mineral resources in the Western Mengnuo area and depth of the synclinen.
