Abstract: The extractant M5640 that extracted and stripped copper in the ammonia leach solution of copper oxidized ores solution of were mainly studied for the experimentation examined the M5640 concentration, phase ratio, extraction time, and liquid pH. Laboratory Investigations indicated that M5640 is really an efficient copper extractant with a maximum extraction of as high as 99.64% under the conditions of 6.48g/L Cu in leach solution, the extraction agent concentration is 10%, phase ratio is 1:1, extraction time is 2 min and liquid pH was 9.58. The stripping can be conducted with the barren electrolyte as a stripping agent in which the sulfuric acid concentration remains about 150g/L, and a stripping rate of 99.80% is obtained.

Abstract: According to the thermal decomposition achievement of coal shale and coal samples, which are gathered from the Lower-Cretaceous coal-measure strata of Hulin basin, the organic matter abundance, type and maturation have been analyzed with TOC, S1+ S2, Hydrogen Index, content of maceral, Tmax , Ro. The result indicates that the organic abundance of coal shale and coal in Qihulin formation is average ,kerogen type is type III and their thermal evolution is over mature . The organic abundance of coal shale in Yunshan formation is general to better while the coal’s organic abundance is from better to best, they are both type III kerogen, and their thermal evolution is mature. The above analysis indicates that the hydrocarbon generating potential is limited in the Lower-Cretaceous coal-measure strata of Hulin basin while coal-measure source rocks in the Yunshan formation have good hydrocarbon generating potential.

Abstract: The oolitic hematite will be a potential source of raw iron ore for the Chinese iron and steel industry. Up to now, the oolitic hematite have hardly been utilized effectively by any single traditional technology. The direct reduction may be a practical technology for the exploitation of oolitic hematite. The results show that the metallization rate of the HeZhang oolitic hematite increases with both the partial pressure of CO increase and the reduction time lasted, and the maximum value of the metallization rate is obtained at 35% carbon monoxide in the N2-CO atmosphere and 4h reduction time at 1050°C with 10% calcium oxide in the oolitic hematite. The diffusion may be the primary factor controlled the metallization rate in the later stage of reduction.

Abstract: The difficulties of molten metallurgical slag heat recovery caused by low thermal conductivity and high enthalpy are analyzed.Centrifugal granulation is an environment-friendly process in treating the slag. The existing researches on centrifugal granulation are concentrated in the shape, size and mass distribution of slag particles. The relations between flight distance of slag, divorced speed of slag and outside speed of cup and rotary speed and rotary cup diameter were studied. The experimental results indicate that flight distance is farther from the cup and the speeds increase with increasing rotary speed. While rotary speed reaches 1000 rpm, divorced speed and flight distance of slag are almost invariant. When rotary cup diameter increases, the flight distance and the speeds increase simultaneously. Flight is reasonably simplified as:uniform motion in horizontal direction and motion of free falling body in the vertical direction,The experimental results have certain guiding significance to design of heat recovery equipment.

Abstract: The experiment study effect of injection different kinds of water on extra low permeability reservoir of Yushulin Oilfield. In the condition of actual temperature and pressure of the reservoir, through the experimental study the effect of injection different kinds of water on extra low permeability core. Experiments include injecting clean water, injecting clean water with scale inhibitor, injecting traditional treated sewage, injecting deep treated sewage, injecting deep treated sewage with scale inhibitor. The experimental results show that: Long term injecting clean water and clean water with scale inhibitor are harmless to core; Injecting traditional treated sewage, high content of oil and impurity bring injection pressure go up, the permeability of core down sharply; Injecting deep treated (aeration + flotation (PAC+PAM) + filtration + ultra filtration (FeCl3)) sewage must be added scale inhibitor, otherwise injection pressure continuously increase, permeability of the core continuously decrease, which seriously affect injection water.

Abstract: Macrosegregation predictions have been performed for the alloy solidification in regular and irregular geometries. The continuum model is used to describe the mass, momentum, species, and energy transportation. Based on the same conservation equations, different discretization forms are derived for the orthogonal grids and non-orthogonal grids. Comparisons are made between the results with orthogonal grids and non-orthogonal grids for different cases. Firstly, simulations are conducted for the Pb-48%Sn alloy solidified in a rectangle cavity, i.e., the H-H benchmark. Then, simulations are applied to a 53t steel ingot. Prediction results are compared with concentration measurements along different transverse sections. Although both prediction results are in good agreements with the measurements or results in references, some differences can be observed due to the different boundary fitness. It is advised to adopt the non-orthogonal grids in macrosegregation simulations instead of the orthogonal grids for complex computation domains.

Abstract: Household electric blankets are widely used in China, but the problem of quality and safety is also more prominent, which is a serious threat to the health and safety of consumers. The structure characteristics and working principle of household electric blanket are analyzed. The hazards in the each stage of full life cycle are identified, including the stages of designing, manufacturing, packaging, transporting, utilizing and recycling. Hazard identification of each stage is made with methods of scenario analysis, safety check list, fault hypothesis analysis, hazard and operability analysis, failure mode and effect analysis and fault tree analysis, respectively.

Abstract: To control the dynamic system, fuzzy control adopts the human brain intelligent reasoning methods, adheres to strict control rules. Compared with other ABS control method, it has good robustness, the characteristics of simple and practical, applicable to a variable and nonlinear ABS control system. In this paper, the fuzzy algorithm was used in ABS system of real car and tested at cold season, completed the ice road surface and the concrete road surface test. We have analyzed the test results in detail.

To improve the current quality control method during hot coating process, this article also elaborates the advanced coated product quality control system based on process analytical technology (PAT), the concept of which is “Quality by Design”, the targets of which are to enhance process stability and to improve the technological and economic index.

Abstract: At present, epicycloid planetary hydraulic motor is widely used in the research field, for it can improve the working performance and efficiency of hydraulic motor. This paper intends to design and calculate the hydraulic conversion structure of outer planets cycloid hydraulic motor, and makes its structural drawings, and lays a theoretical foundation for further studies.
