Simulation and Optimization on the Injection Molding for Auto-Bumper

Article Preview

Abstract:

The structure and process of the injection mould for the front-bumper of a car were optimized with the domestic 3D flowing simulation software HSCAE3D. Through the analysis and comparison of several different schemes, optimal design is achieved.
