Abstract:

s: With more and more problems emerging, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model appeared and develop. This paper introduce the concept of IPD and explain the reason why participant can get more profit in IPD. Analysis different compensation level effect cooperation with the context of game theory, concluding the level of compensation is the key to participant cooperate in IPD.
