Abstract: With the development of cities, the traffic problem is getting attention , including a wide variety of lane blocking traffic problem is one of the major problems , such as car accidents , construction and other Jeeves , Jeeves research questions have lane is occupied impact on urban road capacity help science to solve these problems , this study had an accident when two easy-to-understand model to solve the problem in question .

Abstract: Western Sichuan Depression is a typical tight gas reservoir, the effective stimulation methods for such reservoir is staged fracturing in horizontal wells. But, scholars failed to give the method to set reasonable fracture spacing in tight gas. In this paper, Western Sichuan tight gas reservoir continuous sand body model is established by numerical simulation, through which the gas reservoir production performance in different facture spacing can be learned. Numerical pressure in the vicinity of fracture to describe the scale of fracture interference by the law of pressure drop super position. Then, net present value is used to optimize fracture spacing. The result show that 73 m is the optimal fracture spacing of II B continuous sand body in XinMa blcok .The research method is not only applicable to continuous sand body of tight gas reservoirs, but can be extended to non-continuous sand body. Furthermore it plays a constructive role in promoting the fracturing exploitation in tight gas.

Abstract: Public rental housing is an important part of China’s low-income housing system. Through on-site investigations and questionnaires in housing projects in Changsha, China, it was found that the current public rental housing has made a great progress, but also exists a series of problems, such as: too much focus on the construction other than the management afterwards; the inefficiency of laws and regulations, the lack of public facilities, inexperience of management and so on. Suggestions are given as: laws and regulations needs to be improved; outstanding facilities management companies should be encouraged to join the management, providing diversified and personalized facilities management services, and more professional trainings and cooperation is urgently needed.

Abstract: To solve the problem of increasingly prominent environmental pollution in rural areas, this paper analyzed the main factors affecting the rural environmental pollution, including the rural living garbage pollution, industrial pollution, livestock and poultry breeding pollution, fertilizers and pesticides pollution, and on this basis some rural environmental pollution treatment countermeasures are put forward.

Abstract: Peat soil are widely distributed, and because of its special geological reasons, the severity of the problem to determine the Dian Lake region soft foundation and engineering difficulty of processing. This paper presents the methods through experiments with solidifying materials mixing into peat soils to strive to find a complex solidifying agent meeting the demand of engineering and special to peat soil. Two groups of optimal formulas for stabilizers were obtained by uniform design and their serviceability would be validated.

Abstract: Using the frame supporting structure of pre-stressed anchor bolt seismic strengthening technology reinforced the instability of gravity retaining wall. Earth pressure of retaining wall in seismic reinforcement after shall take between active and static earth pressure for the form of the distribution . In this paper, based on the limit equilibrium theory, and the whole stability for retaining walls is analysis, the theoretical formula of the stability safety factor between stability against slope and overturning safety factor is derived. By calculation and comparative analysis with an example, the stability safety factor of gravity retaining wall with introducing this strengthening technology is improved obviously.
