Abstract: The goal of this study is to achieve sustainability environment. According to our previous study in the nine Indicators of Taiwanese Green Building, and the Canada GBTools evaluation, combined with Taiwan’s leisure farms, we simulate evaluation factors of sustainability for the practical environments in Taiwan’s leisure farms. We then classify the evaluation factors according to its tendencies and create an expertise questionnaire using these tendencies. Through the results of the expertise questionnaires, we understood how much the experts valued ecology, energy, resource, society, and economy. We then further analyze the cause of the varying degree of attention paid to each category according to its attributes . SPSS statistic software is used as the analytic tool. Through factor analysis and the deletion of factor loading, this study attained four kinds and nine evaluations as well as 29 evaluations points: "perfect environment", "resources management ", "energy efficiency management". In addition, "complete plans and evaluations", "environment workload", "environment plans", the conclusion is that the most valued points for the business are: "environment plans", "environment workload", "perfect environment". However, the most valued points for the government are: "perfect environment", "resources management ", water resources and green materials. As for scholars, the most valued points are: "perfect environment", "environment workload", "using local renewable materials" as well as "environment plans". Analysis of Variance, the conclusion is that the most valued points for the government and scholars are: "natural sounding usage", "legality of base selection", "effectiveness in pollution process", "light efficiency control management systems", "simplified interior design". Finally, LSD analysis attained five evaluation points: "natural sounding usage", "legality of base selection", "effectiveness in pollution process", "light efficiency control management systems", "simplified interior design". The result of this study shows that implementations would be much easier if the necessary equipments and space were put into consideration during the planning stage of recreational farms. Lastly, this study suggests leisure farms choose their operating method carefully. The operating method should meet the nature of leisure agriculture; it should also consider utilizing the sustainable development assessment indicators and relevant decorations in the future. If a correct operating method is chosen, it will facilitate an environmentally friendly leisure farm. Keyword: Recreational Farm, Sustainability, Factor analysis.

Abstract: Under the situation of rapid development of urban vehicles, worsening traffic congestion and the energy shortage, slow traffic system reflects concept of sustainable development of people-oriented and green environmental protection which is attracting more and more attention and recognition from the citizens. The efficient slow traffic system can not only save energy and alleviate the urban traffic congestion, but also improve the comfort and security of the citizens and guide them to form a new concept of green travel. In recent years, Guangzhou has set up the slow traffic system which based on the development of the Asian Games’ greenway, but on the detail design and user’s experience is questionable. This article will be based on the analysis and summary of the existing domestic and foreign slow system development model and the actual case studies. Then draw lessons from the experience, study the case of Ersha Island and combine with existing design of the greenway in Guangzhou. Use the bottom-up perspective to explore the slow traffic system design in central city of Guangzhou. In the future development, we should optimize for the detailed design in slow traffic system construction as well as the relevant planning and policy, and finally to promote the development of slow traffic system.

Abstract: The overuse of plastic mulching film in Awat county caused a gradual process of deterioration of the local soil environment, greatly polluted the environmental sanitation in rural areas and hindered the improvement of agricultural machinery's operation quality. After analyzing the related data of plastic mulching film use, and the status of its' recovery and utilization in Awat county, presented the optimizing countermeasures from the following aspects: strengthening the propaganda of the harmfulness of “white pollution”, promoting local peasants' ecological civilization consciousness; developing waste plastic recycling enterprises, broadening the recycling channels; formulating preferential policies to increase the support for waste plastic recycling; controlling and reducing the plastic mulching film residuals from farming techniques; intensifying residual plastic recycling by combining manual and mechanical recycling.

Abstract: With the largest open-air phosphate mining company-Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., LTD (YPCG) as engineering background, phosphate rock mountains belonged to YPCG are all located in the surrounding plateau Dianchi Lake with great ecological pressure on the environment. According to ecological fragile district in the mining area, to carry out rehabilitation and reconstruction for ecosystem function is the priority requirement for enterprise development. With the enterprise’s subordinates Kunyang, Jinning, Jianshan and Haikou four phosphate rock mountains as actual study, environmental protection is the basic point in the green mine construction. Based on development and utilization of phosphate resources, for instance YPCG mining in open-air phosphate rock mountain and land reclamation, our group focuses on phosphate rock land reclamation, ecological restoration and other key technologies. Besides, these key ecological restoration technologies would be integrated and demonstrated in YPCG green mine construction process. Related research could provide technical or theoretical guidance and demonstration projects for the green mining construction of phosphate industry in China, which contributes important practical and instructive significance for promoting green mine construction.

Abstract: In China, building energy has a large basic consumption, along with the development of urbanization, building energy consumption will increase further, while the energy supply capacity with greater reliability is limited, therefore, follow-up development will first encounter energy supply bottleneck in traditional way. To this end, based on the current situation of China's energy supply and energy consumption, urbanization development potential under the condition of guaranteed energy security is analyzed, the countermeasure such as to promote the development of intelligent building is put forward to break the energy constraints in the process of urbanization development, consequently China's path to accelerate the development of intelligent building is proposed.

Abstract: As the fast development of social economics, pollution accidents become more and more frequent. Yangtze estuary wetland is an important nature reserve. Evaluation of water quality becomes important in this area. However, evaluating water quality needs to concern many criteria such as chemical oxygen demand and content of harmful elements. Simply implement of criteria can cause bad results. This paper use Wavelet neural network to evaluate seawater quality of Chinese sturgeon reserve of the Yangtze estuary wetland in Spawning season successfully and calculate the quantities of floating animals and plants. The analysis also set up good mechanism of seawater quality evaluation.

Abstract: In this paper we formulated and analyzed a predator-prey model with sparssing effect, analysis of the existing conditions of equilibrium point, and the sufficient condition of the local asymptotical stability of the equilibrium was studied with the method of latent root, and furthermore, by constructing a Liapunov function to get the boundary equilibrium and the positive equilibrium sufficient conditions for the globally asymptotical stability.

Abstract: According to the national standard (GB-50057-1994) of lightning protection design, we can calculate the number of lightning ground flash density around them. However, this technique would have some defects. In order to improve the predicting accuracy of the lightning striking of tall buildings, there are three methods, i.e. a broken line method, the method of Faraday cage, and ball method. The electrical geometry model of rolling ball method as the theoretical basis for calculating is easy. In order to analyze lightning striking selectivity of buildings, the shielding between buildings were discussed based on the electric geometric model (ball method). It is different lightning probability for different monomer buildings, building groups, different distance, different geographical environment, and climate environment. And some protection measurements were proposed to improve the lightning shielding performances.

Abstract: According to the short-term power load has a strong feature of time series, based on the joint probability density theory, GRNN neural network model is introduced to solve the load forecasting problem. By comparison with actual examples and algorithm analysis of sensitivity, the method proposed in this thesis has high prediction accuracy and strong robustness.

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of the national economy has leaded to a variety of social and environmental problems, among which the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by food packaging can’t be ignored. Basing on the existing food packaging problems in Chinese market and the consumers’ attitudes and ideas, this paper will explore the food packaging designs methods upon the green concept, and analyze their future development trends.
