Abstract: China's Internet Real Economy Economic Management Network Based on Information Resources The economic management of Chinese Internet entity is a wide topic, which can be summed up in economic structure. The most serious problem of economic management of Chinese Internet entity is the monopoly of communication network at present, which is not only brings about gigantic negative effect, but also decelerates the development of Chinese Internet. To solve this problem can only depend on leading into competition. At the same time, the restriction structure has to be established protect competition.

Abstract: The traditional national economic accounting system and its main indicators GDP has certain limitations , including not reflect human resources, natural assets , such as real national wealth . Green GDP and real savings can be more realistically reflect a country's national wealth , and to measure the national and regional economic sustainability. This paper describes the system made ​​of green GDP , according to the 2000 Chinese statistics , China's GDP over the correction , calculate green GDP over the country. On this basis , the paper finally the status quo of China's current economic development in a sustainable environment , in-depth analysis .

Abstract: For current college students' employment pressure and the status of the school needs to be market-oriented, research and implement human resource information system based on the Internet. The system functions in addition to traditional recruitment websites, but also by k-means algorithm manpower resource information database established mining, enable schools to keep abreast of the needs of the information society to the creation of professional talent, curriculum; using C4.5 algorithm, the historical data of previous graduates to classify and predict the direction of the employment of graduates.

Abstract: The change is happening in Chinese economic system, and the adjustment of industrial resources also proposes higher requirement for human resource work; this paper discuses the improvement measures of human resource work from perspective of industrial structure. The planning about human resource development mainly includes general education and vocational development planning; the development planning shall be perspective and meet demand of industrial structure. Besides, this paper also proposes corresponding measures for optimization of human resources.

Abstract: Since the reform and opening-up policy was implemented, Chinese higher education has experienced the process of recovery, adjustment, and rapid development; currently, the higher education has been popularized and the scale of Chinese higher education has been listed at the forefront in the world. However, compared to developed countries, there still exists great difference, and the “difficult employment” and “difficult recruitment” are good reflection. While the higher education is continuously enhanced, the structure of higher education is also continuously adjusted. At the initial stage of reform and opening-up, Chinese institutions of higher education mainly recruit undergraduate students; however, at current stage, the enrollment proportion is same; the postgraduate enrollment scale is also expanded; Chinese higher education has entered into transformation period.

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the basic connotation of earned value management, determine, from the target variable management process design, system function design and system implementation four aspects that the management of defense scientific research project management system design and implementation process based on the earned value, and some reasonable countermeasures to promote the use of the system.

Abstract: Although driving automobiles on the right rule has existed for a long time, few people understand the reason why we set it. For these problems, we develop a model to evaluate this rule’s effect in different traffic conditions and to find the relations between vehicle’s density, traffic flow, safety factor and average velocity. The first model puts forward a mathematic method to establish function relationship between these parameters and try to solve out a quantifiable result. The conclusion will be beneficial for easing the traffic pressure, and figure out whether this rule is scientific or can be replaced by another better role.

Abstract: This paper expounds the development situation of e-commerce and the development status of the flower industry of China; points out the problems of e-commerce operation, network marketing and logistics in the development of E-commerce for flower industry; puts forward some methods such as building business alliance, updating the network marketing methods and optimizing the logistics, it puts emphasis on the following ways such as the micro-blog marketing, mobile phone client, establishment of flowers community, joining the group-buying websites and optimization of logistics service etc.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the quality of the air passenger service objectively and accurately, based on analyzing the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of service level, and applied the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of need, the evaluation index system of air passenger service quality has been built from six aspects, such as objective, economy, service, quickness, comfort and convenience. The evaluation index weight vector is determined by means of the improved analytic hierarchy process. The fuzzy theory is used for comprehensive evaluation, and the model is analyzed through example. The results show that the evaluation system can effectively reflect the level of air passenger transport service quality and reduce the influence of human factors.

Abstract: Because the corruption occurs sometimes in Government construction projects of China, the paper develops the game model of Bidders and Owners. Then, by analyzing the model, we find that if increased the probability of conspiracy supervised (discovery possibilities) and increased the intensity of punishment, it will reduce the probability of Bidder Conspiracy Risk (CR). The findings are helpful for the China Government to regulate the bidding policies to prevent the corruption risk.
