Abstract: s: With more and more problems emerging, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model appeared and develop. This paper introduce the concept of IPD and explain the reason why participant can get more profit in IPD. Analysis different compensation level effect cooperation with the context of game theory, concluding the level of compensation is the key to participant cooperate in IPD.

Abstract: Aiming at the business requirements of the urban metro transport operational asset management, this paper explored urban metro transport operational asset management system; by means of analyzing information cost of urban metro transport, smart urban metro transport operational asset management system were put forward, and the characteristics and relationship: “Asset Instrumentation, Resource Virtualization, Capacity Servitization, Business Collaboration and Decision-making Intelligentialize” in full life-cycle operational asset management process were discussed in details. Finally, system construction suggestions were given.

Abstract: As thermo-technical spare parts are essential materials of power plants’ continuous and safe operation, how to guarantee their timely supply in subordinate power plants of the electric power group is a deserved research. Based on the analysis on the classification and electric power groups’ current situation on inventory management of thermo-technical spare parts, the paper presented a basic idea that managing the electric power group’s thermo-technical spare parts at different echelons and administrating them like in a supermarket in e-market way. The paper built a frame model of two-echelon inventory management. The function, structure, operation procedure, information flow and the problems of the e-marketplace’s inventory management are further analyzed. At last, the paper applied method of mathematical model to inventory control. The information and inventory of thermo-technical spare parts between suppliers and the e-marketplace, the e-marketplace and subordinate power plants are integrated and optimized effectively.

Abstract: This paper utilized questionnaires to conduct a research on a total of 160 mechanical engineers in five enterprises in Wuhan, China in search of the relationship between psychological capital and job burn-out of mechanical engineers. The result shows that the psychological capital and job burn-out are obviously negatively correlated. The elements of psychological capital such as self-efficacy, optimism, hope and toughness can negatively predict the elements of job burn-out such as emotional burn-out, depersonalization, and decreasing accomplishment. Enterprises of China should take measures such as psychological capital diagnosis, professional mindset training, work-family balance project, job transfer and career culture construction to develop the psychological capital of mechanical engineers and reduce job burn-out.

Summarized the status and analyzed the problems of migrant workers training mode, on the basis of current research training of migrant workers on the main mode. Explore the related countermeasures that combined with China's specific national conditions to improve the employment training model of migrant workers and promote employment as the long-term, stable and sustainable of migrant workers.
