Abstract: The construction of featured specialty in university is the surest way to promote the reform of Chinese higher engineering education and to encourage the training of innovative and applicative talents. In Changzhou Institute of Technology civil engineering, we base on the “Double Qualified Teacher” teams, implement the double mentors mechanism in students training to enhance students’ engineering process capability. In addition, several themes such as in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises, open-ended experiment courses and practical bases construction for teaching and researching are performed in order to efficiently study and practice for building featured specialty of civil engineering.

Abstract: the remote education as a kind of typical mode of education, to meet the needs of the era of a learning society people to acquire knowledge. Has become the public a way of education. The effective selection and the media of education to further expand provides support in various fields. So this article from the media selection strategy and so on has carried on the concrete analysis, analysis of distance education at the same time, combed the strategy research, analyses the advantages and characteristics of media selection.

Abstract: Combined with the requirements for multi-axis CNC machining technicians in manufacturing industry, the current situation and problems existed in CNC multi-axis machining teaching are analyzed initially in this paper. Afterwards, in order to solve these problems and achieve theoretical teaching and skills training purposes, the advantages of CNC simulation software are applied in CNC multi-axis machining teaching. Finally, the deficiencies of the CNC simulation software are discussed so as to avoid in teaching.

Abstract: With the development of translation major at home, it becomes urgent to reform the traditional translation pedagogy, which inevitably relies on the research memetics of literacy translation competence, the Internet and modern educational technology. In order to effectively cultivate students' overall literacy translation competence, this paper proposes a cultivation model of translation competence based on the-internet, by analyzing the characteristics of literacy translation sub-competences and the possible applications of various internet platforms to translation teaching.

Abstract: At present, the domestic universities have developed and purchased for the graduate education management system which is suited to the demands of their future development. In the process of development, requirements analysis seem to particularly important due to many problems such as involves managing users, more diverse roles and so on. If not to understand users’ psychology and demands specialized, the management system which invest less ten, more hundreds of thousands can be a face-saving project, even can lead to function retrogress and management costs increasing. Concentrating on the issue that may faced in the development of graduate educational management system, graduate students, tutors and academic deans who involved to postgraduate educational manage in Shenyang Aerospace University were investigated and 1142 valid questionnaires were received totally in this paper. By analyzing these data, dissect the graduate educational management system in-depth, especially the real interest points and demand points of student users on it. Expect to enlighten graduate educators and software designers.

Abstract: This study uses Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) to analyze mathematics ability of daily life for students of University of Technology. Current results of this study not only identify the easiest and hardest questions for students, but also show how proposed GRA provides a novel approach to educational testing.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the demand in the manufacturing industry for multi-axis CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machining technicians with high quality, the quality characteristics of the technicians are elaborated initially in this paper. Afterwards, the current situation and the problems existed in technician cultivation of multi-axis CNC machining in vocational colleges are analyzed. Solutions are proposed finally: enhance the construction of instructors, improve training equipments, enrich teaching resources and teach hierarchically.

Abstract: ion: The rebound is a basketball skills: A skill of two sides’ players striving for the rebound when the shot missed. In a basketball game, grabbing the more rebounds always means winning the game. Taking the rebounds will have more opportunities to beat the rivals. The rebounds are combined with defensive rebound and offensive rebound. And the offensive rebound will encourage the players on the court and bring more enthusiasms to the fans. This paper analyzes how to strive for offensive rebounds in the basketball game, and provide a consultation for the coaches to grab the win. Abstract: To provide the basis in the psychological selection, training and competition for Chinese speed skaters. Take the speed skater of china as objective research, and make use of the CCTAI-C meter to test cognitive trait anxiety of 48 speed skaters. The article studies character of speed skater in different dimensions of anxious, and the relation of the different movement ranks, gender, competitive experience and training ages with cognitive trait anxiety. The result shows that the different movement ranks, different gender, different training years of the speed skater have significant difference respectively in the anxiety of social evaluation, the anxiety of athletics displaying level, the anxiety of preparing competition, and the anxiety of sports injury; The different competitive experience does not have the significance difference in each anxious dimension.

Abstract: This article starts from introducing the concept of semiotics researches of Cassirer, Duclos, Todorov, Maurice, Fromm and Susan Lange. It analyzes the three functions of symbols, that are the image, indicative and symbolic functions, and classifies the symbol’s image into the materialistic image and idealistic image, the symbol’s function into the systematic, discriminate, and guiding identification system, and the symbolic function into the right, age, region and other aspects of the function. Comparing the characteristics of the three main functions, we concluded that the symbols neither exist singly or individually, nor depending on the specific time ans space. Instead, they are the universal category of the objects.
