The Performance Evaluation of Enterprise Informatization Research Based on Dynamic Balanced Scorecard

Abstract:

The performance evaluation of enterprise informatization not only can accelerate the process of enterprise informatization, but also can avoid trapping in informatization investment. In view of the existing problems in the performance evaluation of enterprise informatization, the paper seeks to combine the use of the balanced scorecard and System dynamics as Dynamic Balanced Scorecard for performance evaluation. It aims to establish a model for the combination of these long-and short-term organisational activities as a framework for evaluating the enterprise informatization performance. Example is given from a enterprise imposed informatization using Vensim software, of how core capabilities are managed to show how strategy impact on the enterprise operation. The study finds that, using the dynamic balanced scorecard method to the evaluation of enterprise informatization has good maneuverability and rationality.
