Abstract: Two-phase flow diaphragm pump (hereafter referred to as the diaphragm pump) is a new generation pump of the reciprocating pump, which used to transport high fretting corrosion medium. At present, the diaphragm pump is widely used in many fields such as Non-ferrous metals, Chemical, Coal, Electric power and so on. The diaphragm pump is of the heart of the equipment; therefore it must have the very high reliability. As the important part of diaphragm pump, the dynamic characteristics of the power end will directly affect the behaviors and life of the solid machine. This paper introduces the work principle of the diaphragm pump, carries a simulation to the virtual prototype of the diaphragm pump based on the numerical value analyze software MATLAB and the dynamics of mechanical system simulation software ADAMS and get the relationships between the design parameters and the dynamic characteristics of the power end of diaphragm pump, which provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the diaphragm pump in the future.

Abstract: Blade is one of key parts in wind turbine. Its shape design and airfoil selection directly affects the performance of wind turbine. This paper presented reverse redesign method of blade of large wind turbine and developed a blade airfoil automatically generating system. The redesign of blade is achieved through such processes as reverse measurement, reverse CAD modeling and blade reverse model analysis as well as determining the formula of blade section parameters. The blade airfoil automatically generating system has been applied.

Abstract: Under the dual pressures of the energy crisis and environmental protection, electric cars have been actively developed. Aiming at the classical attractions of China, an antique-style electric sightseeing cars was designed through studying the body shape design principles and understanding the basic structure of the electric sightseeing cars. Its 3D modeling was designed by UG software. The electric sightseeing cars have the art features of the Qin Terracotta Warriors and copper vehicle and could adapt to the corresponding attraction, and have a high practical value.

Abstract: For saving the unavailable space in high place of residence reasonably, a new type of mobile portable wardrobe was designed. The whole height of this wardrobe was raised, and its upper cabinet is relatively movable. The improvement made the wardrobe more convenient, efficient and secure for users to obtain or clear up items.

Abstract: Took the auxiliary fascia console lid of automotive interior trimmings for example, the preliminary plastic was designed by Pro/Engineer, then the Moldflow analysis on the plastic was performed. Those irrational factors of both injection technical parameters and structure of the plastic, which would occur in the injection molding process, were modified after analyzing simulation results. The rational plastic was obtained by repeating simulation and optimization, which indicated that the simulation-based optimization could improve the plastic quality and efficiency of injection molding. Meanwhile, the comparisons of mode locking force and molding time between microcellular foam and non-foam injection molding were also carried out, which showed the significance of numerical value simulation in injection molding processes.

Abstract: Modal of the gantry crane is developed by system point of view, Simulation model of the gantry crane system based on ANSYS is established, and each mode of the systems natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained. The dynamic characteristics of the system is evaluated, provide an important modal parameters for Gantry crane system architecture to optimize the design and stability analysis.

Abstract: Reliability and availability are important symbols which weigh the reliability of product. Chemical production equipment system is consisted of many single devices. Due to special dangerous, the reliability analysis to whole equipment system is very important to keeping the safety of production process. In this article, to chemical process equipment system, the reliability calculation method, basic principles, basic assumptions and calculation program are described. To a aromatic semi-renewable dehydration process system, by using the reliability calculated method above, the fault tree and reliability block diagram are derived, the system reliability and availability are accounted, the corresponding reliability and availability curves are obtained and the main factors influencing the reliability of the system are analyzed.

Abstract: The reliability and fatigue analysis of tower at the connecting region of cylinder and skirt are very significance to tower safety. Because of large size, the common way by experimental analysis is almost impossible to achieve. In this article, to the distillation tower using in some petro-chemical company of Xinjiang, the stress and strain analysis, reliability and fatigue analysis at the connecting region of cylinder and skirt are performed by FEM. Based on the conclusions above, the main parameters which affect reliability are determined and some suggestions about structure optimization are proposed.

Nowadays traditional servo-hydraulic press based on proportion-al servo valve control has been often used,but the study of this article is a new servo-hydraulic press based on the AC servo motor control. In this article, the hydraulic system of new servo-hydraulic press,and the electrical control system including the hardware component and software system have been mainly designed.
