Abstract: The fluorescent lamp circuit experiment and the power factor improving experiment are both two traditional experimental projects in electrotechnics. It is very important for students to understand basic theory and develop experimental operation ability. Based on studying the basic structure of fluorescent lamp circuit and its working principle, a fluorescent lamp circuit schematics was built by using Multisim interactively. The simulation experiments were done based on the circuit. It could effectively save the time and cost of development. The parallel-capacitor circuit was designed to improve the power factor, and the experiments were done to compare power factor and phase between with and without the parallel capacitor. The study could help students learn and understand well this part, which has good promotional value.

Abstract: The embedded hobbing CNC is designed,which is embedded in the WinCE 5.0 operating system,on the hardware platform of ARM+DSP+FPGA ,using Embedded Visual C++(EVC) as a development tool. Hobbing CNC achieves the concurrent operation on the application in order to realizes parallel processing of multi-task, such as the HumanComputer Interaction, data acquisition and issued, data processing and analysis, data storage and so on, based on the analysis of hobbing CNCs working principle, using the multi-threading technology and thread synchronization mechanism possessed by WinCE 5.0. The application simplifies the complexity of the applications development and facilitates subsequent functions improvement, using modular programming method and the object-oriented design. This article provides an effective solution for multi-threaded application in hobbing CNC. After preliminary validation of testing experiments, the hobbing CNC has strong real-time and stability, and can realize the applications real-time and stability required by hobbing CNC machining.

Abstract: Medium frequency induction heating is a kind of energy-saving heating method. Now it has been applied to industrial heating craft, and it reveals that it has wide application prospect. However, due to the problem of electromagnetic radiation, it is extremely necessary to do some detection and protection. Based on this study background and according to the standards of EN62233:2008 Measurement Methods for Electromagnetic Fields of Household Appliances and Similar Apparatus with Regard to the Human Exposure in European Union, the guidelines of ICNIRP (the abbreviation of International Commission for Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) with the international authority are adopted on the protection standards of electromagnetic field. And a new detection system for three-dimensional alternating electromagnetic radiation has been developed, and is used to detect electromagnetic radiation generated in industrial medium frequency induction heating. In the laboratory test, the precise instrument imported in Germany was a comparison of the equipment. And when testing the same heating object, the test results had better consistency between the precise instrument and the new detection system. On the basis of test requirements in EN62233, a comprehensive value of electromagnetic field intensity has been gotten after the superposition of every effective harmonic component in electromagnetic field, and the prompt of exceed standard is given in the paper, which gives a viable reference and guidance for electromagnetic radiation detection of medium frequency induction heating. After experimental debugging and system calibration in the laboratory, the detection system is running stably and accurately, and reaches the design requirements.

Abstract: Nicro-motor voice signal contains abundant running status information as well as vibration signal, aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain vibration signal in the production line of micro-motor, this paper proposes a micro-motor acoustic fault diagnosis methods based on loose wavelet neural network. Wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction algorithm is utilized to extract micro-motor voice signals in each frequency band energy as the characteristic parameters of fault characteristic parameter samples will input to improve the BP neural network for training, build up the fault type of classifier, the realization of fault intelligent diagnosis. Application results show that a reasonable design of neural network has strong ability of fault identification; use loose micro-motor acoustic wavelet neural network fault diagnosis is feasible.

Abstract: As a typical kind of surface finishing technology, magnetic abrasive finishing has unique advantages in finishing effect, efficiency and application, it occupies a very important position and has huge potential application value. As the core component of the magnetic abrasive finishing, the magnetic field formation components have a direct impact on the finishing effect and efficiency. Electro permanent magnetic field formation components used in magnetic abrasive finishing are put forward based on the characteristics of electro permanent magnet and its application in crane and clutch. Analyzing the main performance and characteristics of the magnetic filed formation components and determining the overall scheme according to the total requirements of magnetic filed formation components. Analyzing the feasibility of the electro permanent magnetic filed formation components through the simulation and then forming the design method to further promote the industrialization process of magnetic abrasive finishing.

Abstract: Manufacturing of complex products is a multi-resource coupling process, in order to achieve precise control of its manufacturing process, it should ensure that the manufacturing process information is get in real-time and accurately, achieving the real synchronization of logistics and information flow. Complex products manufacturing workshop represented with aerospace products have poor real-time production information, low production information integration and low visual production monitoring. In order to solve those problems, this paper constructs manufacturing process visualized real-time monitoring system, this system is able to reflect the real-time dynamic workshop production schedule information, quality testing information and abnormal production information and so on. Combined with assembly plant of an Aerospace institutes actual production, this paper designs the architecture, functional structure as well as its business processes of the system, and proposes a metadata-based multi-source heterogeneous information integration technology, then, processes and integrates the collected production process information effectively and displays it through the station terminal, workshops signage. The system is able to share the workshop information resources effectively, and it has been successfully applied to the assembly plant, and has achieved good effect.

Abstract: In this paper, we realize a real-time communication based on wireless local area network (WIFI) and controller area network (CAN) bus and develop a distributed control system for an automated guided vehicle (AGV). The system consists of two levels: (1) communication between AGVs and main computer based on WIFI, (2) communicationg between control units of AGV based on CAN bus. A real-time operating system μC/OS-II was used to control time, which significantly reduces the time for program and improves development efficiency. Finally, a small-size distributed AGV controller is developed as the main control unit of AGV and a distributed I/O system is developed based on it.

Abstract: Sewage pumping station is pumping station import at the sewage treatment plant. Its role is to collect the wastewater from the sewage pipe network to subsequent wastewater treatment process facilities. The water level is usually low in sewage collection pipe network. And many wastewater treatment facilities is based on elevation settings. So it is necessary to use lift pump to improve lift of the collected sewage, using high gravity sewage errands subsequent process in order to reduce energy consumption. The traditional way of pumping generally has the shortcomings: the waste of power resources, low efficiency, poor reliability, low degree of automation, which seriously affects the urban sewage treatment capacity. This paper, views pump station control system at the sewage treatment plant as the background, researches frequency control constant pressure control system based on PLC, realizes the energy efficient, automated and reliable direction of development of the sewage pumping station.

Abstract: Dielectric elastomer is a kind of electroactive polymer material with optimal performance. As actuator material, dielectric elastomer has shown a good prospect. Based on studying the principle of electroactive polymer, a new type of cylindrical actuator was designed. Its 3-D figure and 2-D dimension drawing was finished by UG software. The animation simulation of the actuator was studied. The simulation results verified the feasibility of design scheme. Electroactive polymer will have broad application prospects in the field of actuator.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the development of ultrasonic testing computer-aided process planning (UTCAPP), "UTCAPP based on the testing standard" was put forward, which brought the technology to not only better meet the actual needs of ultrasonic testing process design, but also greatly simplify the complexity of the problem and reduce the difficulty of development. In this paper, on the basis of in-depth study of the relationship between the ultrasonic testing standards and process planning, a UTCAPP system is developed through SQL2005 and VC++ 6.0 with artificial intelligence method for establishing the knowledge base and inference mechanisms.
