Abstract:

Heat treatment intelligent workshop is an information system platform to meet the urgent need of China heat treatment information, which based on networking mode, integrates material heat treatment, electronic information, computer and other subjects of advanced theory and technology to do precise control, Lean management, and regional cooperation. System is an important manifestation of producing benefits after being highly fused modern information technology and traditional industries, which can effectively guarantee the quality of heat treatment, promote heat treatment to energy-saving emission reduction and clean production. This paper introduces the real-time monitoring system based on the production process. The platform, the configuration software , real-time monitors production process equipment, process and parameters, and through the execution layer of database system and intelligent workshop for data exchange, which has advantages of flexible configuration, the development of high efficiency, easy to extend .
