This paper introduces the real-time monitoring system based on the production process. The platform, the configuration software , real-time monitors production process equipment, process and parameters, and through the execution layer of database system and intelligent workshop for data exchange, which has advantages of flexible configuration, the development of high efficiency, easy to extend .

Abstract: Mixed gas carbon removal vehicle running at idle state, sometimes the oil supply and power supply system of abnormal automatic flameout, the mixed gas carbon removal machine is still in the work of gas production, gas constant input of hydrogen to the engine, when the cylinder is filled with hydrogen after losing internal pressure gas pipeline and oxyhydrogen machine increased, easy for oxyhydrogen machine damage or accidents. In addition, when the vehicle engine is started again, because the cylinder is filled with hydrogen and oxyhydrogen gas mixture, ignition is easy to trigger detonation, causing serious damage to the engine of the car. Therefore, it is necessary to mixed gas carbon removal process real-time monitoring. This paper completes the real-time monitoring of oxyhydrogen carbon removal machine working process through the software and hardware design. The engine sound, vibration signals are extracted using the sensor, signal processing to extract the amplification, modulation for the switching signal for PLC identification. PLC switch signal from received signal extraction, the judge to eliminate interference, complete the oxyhydrogen carbon removal machine in addition to real-time control carbon process.

Abstract: In order to study the temperature field distribution in the process of machining, the finite element theory was used to establish the orthogonal cutting finite element model, and the key technologies were discussed simultaneously. By using ABAQUS software for cutting AISI1045 steel temperature field of numerical simulation, the conclusion about changing rule of cutting temperature field can be gotten. The results show that this method can efficiently simulate the distribution of temperature field of the workpiece, cutter and scraps, which is effected by thermo-mechanical coupling in metal work process. It provides the theory evidence for the intensive study of metal-cutting principle, optimizing cutting parameters and improving processing technic and so on.

Abstract: With the rapid development of 3D CAD technology, 3D assembly process is playing an important role in the on-site assembly. A closed-loop control method and three-dimensional site visualization technology site is presented. The methodology takes into account CAD design stage, assembly process design, site assembly and site inspection. The method includes three key technologies: the verification process technology of three-dimensional assembly process, optimization and process simulation techniques of site assembly, closed-loop control technology of assembly process quality inspection. Finally, the method and technology has applied in the actual assembly, and achieved good results.

Abstract: To reduce warpage deformation of the differential pressure vacuum casting (DPVC) products and to improve product quality, One prediction method for process parameters based on support vector machine (SVM) and artificial fish-swarm algorithm (AFSA) is proposed.Firstly sample test data is abtained by using orthogonal experimental design and numerical simulation to construct models to forecast warpage of DPVC product based on SVM. Simultaneously to improve the predictive accuracy of the model, AFSA is introduced to optimize the SVM model. And then using this model recommends and adjusts the DPVC process in order to achieve quality control. Finally , through the analysis of a mouse shell , the validity of the method proposed is verified, providing a feasible method for DPVC product quality control

Abstract: In order to achieve three-dimensional automatic splicing from the multi-angle, the paper presents a new splicing method. The method utilizes the invariance of the spatial characteristics of the characteristic landmarks and then marks the characteristic landmarks by introducing the angle collection between the characteristic landmarks, and match in space for the characteristic landmarks within two perspective regional based on this characteristic collection. This method eliminates the tedious encoding process of the landmarks, so improves the spatial matching rate and ensures the matching accuracy. In addition, in the process of striking the three-dimensional coordinates of the landmarks, this paper strikes image coordinate of the characteristic signs circle center by introducing the regional connectivity feature flag. This method eliminates interference from unwanted areas, and distinguish between the various signs round independence and improves the strike rate of the circle center. At the end rotation matrix R and translation vector T of the coordinate system normalization are solved by the quadruple method. Examples show that the algorithm has strong robustness, can realize quickly, automatic stitching for the visual data, and has the very good practical value.

Abstract: Isogeometric analysis (IGA) method uses the same mathematical model in geometric design and engineering analysis, and is the most potential method to realize high accuracy and integrated optimization design. Finite Cell Method (FCM) introduces high order finite element method into fictitious domain method, and it has great advantages of complex boundary representation and high efficient convergence. In order to break through IGA’s limit on geomerty’s topology, IGA and FCM are combined together in this research. Function Heasivide and Dirac are used to approximate the computational domain and its first order derivative, then the stiffness matrix on the fictitious domain are calculated and the displacement in the shape with complex boundary is solved by IGA method. One order and two order implicit curves are used to the outer boundary representation of elastic optimization problem, and their coefficients are taken as design variable. The sensitivity formulas are deduced. MMA method is used to implement the IGA shape optimization based on FCM. The examples show that our method is efficient and the result is satisfied.

Abstract: The pointer position detection is an important part of implementing the bus dashboard functional test using machine vision. This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the dashboard automatic detection system on machine vision. Then, combining with image processing and Hough transform, we get the image analysis algorithm of the dashboard pointer detection. By analyzing a large amount of computation resulted from the fact that traditional Hough transform uses divergent mapping methods, paper puts forward the methods of improving the convergence of the mapping and conducts parameter space mapping, which effectively reduces the amount of computation. After that, combining with the actual picture of a bus dashboard, automatic detection experiment was carried out for the proposed algorithm. Experiments show that algorithm for dashboard pointer position machine visual based on CM-Hough transform can obtain the angle of the pointer, and effectively shorten the time for dashboard functionality test, and improve the efficiency of the production line for passenger bus dashboard.
