Methodical Framework of Flexibility Production Evaluation in Terms of Manufacturing Plant

Article Preview

Abstract:

This article describes the evaluation methodology of flexibility production in real conditions. Individual steps analyse the manufacturing plant, form transport matrixes of shipping time between workplaces with conveyor and carriage. The second part of article evaluates short – term flexibility with the change of batch production quantity and the type of transport. The target of this article is pointing out the possibilities of handling systems optimization which is based on flexibility production.
