Abstract: The aforementioned proves that the grease flow in mould treatment equipment can be regarded as a regulation system with the input quantity by medium pressure p1 above the grease level and with the output quantity by the grease flow speed. The utilization of treatment equipment for die casting of metal enhances both the working environment and work culture during die casting of metals. Application of grease flow regulation results in better repeatability of die casting cycle which positively influences the quality of castings.

Abstract: This paper explains the design of real-time control system for drives which use a pneumatic artificial muscles. Described is the design of hardware and software equipment, as well as design of these components involvement in the experimental facility with artificial muscles. In this paper are referred experimental measurements on the device aimed at monitoring the changes in observed PAMs characteristics caused by pressure changes in artificial muscles during their operation.

Abstract: This article deals with the issue of steam coal ash fluid (or fusion) temperature evaluation by mathematical method, based on comparison of statistic values obtained by laboratory analysis. The ash fluid temperature is very important parameter for Wet Bottom Boilers operation states because of quality of slagging. The ash composition has the biggest impact to the operation effectiveness and reliability of the Wet Bottom Boilers. It can directly influence the boiler production. Importance of information on ash fluid temperature increased after more strict of NOx emission limits (below 600 mg/m3) become obliged. WBB were initially designed for optimal operation with high temperatures in combustion chamber, with a production of high amount of NOx (often about 1400 mg/m3). The ash fluid temperature is usually determined by laboratory only, but it requires certain time and costs. Authors tried to bring faster and easier way how to evaluate of ash fluid temperature with acceptable accuracy of the parameter as predictive diagnostics [6] of the future boiler operational states.

Abstract: The article deals with the renovation of an automatic feeder device into an industrial washing machine that removes dirt, residues of cutting oil and coolant after previous machining. The old feeding device showed frequent disturbances. It was therefore necessary to propose a solution that would eliminate common failure. The choice is sliding guides to resulted mainly from the summary of the factors resulting from aggressive environments at the application site and the presence of minor impurities after previous machining.

Abstract: This paper explains the design of real-time control system for control of drives containing the artificial muscles. Described is the design of devices hardware and software, as well as design of their involvement in the experimental device. In this paper are referred experimental measurements on the device, aimed at monitoring the change in observed characteristics caused by position changes in artificial muscles during their operation.

Abstract: The article deals with a special analysis of a random vibration signal received from working process. In principle, only time intervals between random phenomena whose summit values exceed the given limit are measured. Theoretically, phenomena stochastic distribution approximates to exponential distribution. The chart analysis of real distribution reveals characteristic features which help to recognize various technical states.

Abstract: In different kinds of industries, newer types of machines are implemented, on which higher and higher requirements are given. High level of production is the essential key for scientific and technological progress in different kind of sectors which contain human activity. Improvement, increasing the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes are connected with the progress in tool machines. Amongst many indicators that describe the technological level of tool machines is the working part, which has the minor position.

Abstract: Determination of the (residual) lifetime of steel structures of construction, mining and maintenance machines has recently received increased attention, particularly for safety, environmental and economic reasons. One of the problems that are addressed in this context is crane skewing, a phenomenon that directly affects, through friction and wear, the life of the crane guiding structure, and indirectly affects the secondary life of the crane supporting structure.

Abstract: The article contains sub-results from analyses of processes in thermodiagnostics. In this paper we give examples of the response simulation model of thermal processes on the step pulse. It describes a method of applying diagnostics in machine production. The paper describes a method of prediction values of consistently transient events that can be described by a mathematical function. This article focuses on thermal process. This gives some reasonable time to take an appropriate control plot in the desired values of variables borders. The article contains results of the simulation and plot comparison of simulation results with the measured value.

Abstract: Article is focused on using eddy current to measure of internal residual stress after milling. In presented article is described methodical process of identification residual stress in internal layers of the surface after machining of steel C45. Eddy current provides fast identification of residual stress directly in engineering areas without necessity to transfer samples in specialized laboratories. Presented article also describe procedure of evaluating measured values of deviation and its transformation to values of residual stress by conversion coefficients.
