The Influence Materials on the Product Design and Manufacturing

Abstract:

People create function of product, and also give it a certain form at the same time. It expresses a certain structure depending on the material. The process of product design is that of understanding and application of materials, and also a process of creation and innovation. So materials have important effects on product design and manufacturing. This paper discusses the application of the traditional materials in product design and its development trend, and mainly discusses the application of nanomaterials in automobile design.
