Based on fuzzy theory, the paper discusses the fuzzy reliability design of roller with random variables and fuzzy variables, puts forward a basic method of digital simulation, and furthermore takes actions to improve the reliability of the rollers.

Abstract: To study the mechanism of metal cutting deformation, we invented a new type of explosion rotary quick-off tools test device which was based on absorbing advantages of existing cutting deformation test device. So that the tool can be separated from the workpiece with a larger acceleration and the complete chip root samples can be obtained. This new type of explosion rotary quick-off tools test device composed of foundation, explosion chamber, piston body, pressure plate, locking wedge and customized tools, which has many advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation and high rigidity.

Abstract: Low temperature plasma, compared to liquid phase treatment, can effectively overcome the environment pollution, high energy loss and high cost as its high activity. The low temperature plasma, which is not only fairly friendly to the environment but also of less resource consumption, also can realize the cleaning, activating and grafting treatment for materials surface. Based on the numerical model of CRFHCP (Capacitive Radio Frequency Hollow Cathode Plasma) hollow cathode plasma discharge, the key point to affect plasma discharge was analyzed and the morphology of PP film before and after hollow cathode plasma discharge was analyzed. The results showed that the structure of plasma hollow cathode discharge can effectively improved the chemical behaviors of PP film.

In this paper, we make the mathematical model of optimization design for the main-axis in big power inverted umbrella aeration machine by studying Genetic Algorithms. Using coding method, we complete the optimization design of the main-axis in big power inverted umbrella aeration machine.

This paper first describes the characteristics of the different definitions of high-speed presses and the characteristics of the object suitable for processing parts. Abstract: In this paper, a systematic algorithm for the dynamic analysis of 4R 3-DOF wrists is presented. Based on the theory of graph, kinematics is completed. Links are divided into primary links and secondary links. The generalized inertia force of the system results from the motions of primary links and secondary links. The concept of virtual 3R 3-DOF open-loop chain and additional link are introduced to describe the primary links. The generalized inertia forces of 3R 3-DOF open-loop chain, additional link and secondary links are derived by Lagrangian formulation, respectively, based on their location in the wrist. Then the dynamic equation of 4R 3-DOF wrists is got by making a combining. A simulation is performed to illustrate the efficiency of the algorithm.

Abstract: To avoid the influence of column vibration on machining precision, it is necessary to simulate the stiffness characteristics of the columns for CNC grinding machine, and to optimize the structure of the column by using sensitivity method. Based on structural characteristics of the grinding machine and structural characteristics of the columns, a finite element model is established to simulate and calculate the first-four models of the columns. In order to optimize the structure of the column, a sensitivity analysis is made to calculate the sensitivity of natural frequencies and mass of the column to each panel and ribbed plate. Considering a weighting factor and taking integrated natural frequency of the column as an optimization objective, the mass of the column as a constraint, an optimization equation is established. By a quadratic programming method, the parameter optimization of the column is got as follows: the mass decreased by 4%, integrated natural frequency increased by 2%. Dynamic stiffness of the column has been optimized by harmonic response analysis, the results showed that the largest column in the Z resonance peak reduced by 8.44%.

Abstract: Through China's major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Xi'an, Changzhou and other public transport of passengers riding the escalator traffic characteristics of the data field acquisition, processing and analysis, summed up the escalator at the entrance and the middle section and passenger traffic characteristics capacity, established the escalator traffic density corresponding graph density and velocity graphs. According to the above conclusion, this paper presents the design choices of application notes, study for public transport type escalator classification, management and peak evacuation design provides a theoretical basis.

Abstract: Openness is of great importance in centrifugal fan design. An experiment research has been designed to study how the openness distribution affects the performance of multi-blade centrifugal fan, which is designed with limited size. The results show that the openness adopted proper acceleration-deceleration distribution curve has a better performance.
