Art Reconstruction of the Traditional Nogai Yurt, Portable Type "Otav"

Abstract:

We studied artistic and constructive features and a composition system for decorating the external and internal decoration of the traditional portable Nogai dwelling – the yurt of the stationary type "otav". The artistic and visual reconstruction of the object and its components was performed on the basis of fine, written and material sources, the basic principles of the substantively-spatial organization were determined, the flagship functions, color and ornamental formulas were also revealed.
