The fabrication of AlTiB phases and the grain refinement of Al alloys by adding this phase were aimed.
This means that Ti and B takes place in Al matrix to form alloys and intermetallic compounds as seen from XRD results.

Heusler alloys are intermetallic compounds formed in two combinations: Full-Heusler (X2YZ) and Half-Heusler (XYZ).
These compounds are classified as intermetallic compounds, and their intriguing atomic arrangements have sparked curiosity within the scientific community.
This article aims to forecast the specific combination of elements that will result in Heusler alloys exhibiting shape memory properties.
Heusler Compounds: Categorization and Structural Considerations Heusler alloys encompass a wide range of applications, prompting extensive global research that continues to advance in current studies.

The results indicate that the microstructures of the as cast alloy involve α-Al matrix, Al/Al2CuMg eutectic structure, Al7Cu2Fe, Al7Cu4Ni and Al9FeNi compounds.
The tensile test results indicate that the alloy at elevated temperature(200℃) displays superior tensile strength due to the presence of the thermally stable Al7Cu2Fe, Al7Cu4Ni and Al9FeNi compounds.
The tensile test results indicate that the Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni alloy has better strength than the Al-Cu-Mg alloy at elevated temperature(200℃) due to the presence of Al7Cu2Fe, Al7Cu4Ni and Al9FeNi compounds.

Alloys were produced by powders metallurgy.
It is also know, that a decrease in the particle size (< 1µm) of the intermetallic compounds is reflected as an increase of the alloy mechanical resistance.
The aim of this work is to fabricate Al-Ni alloys with different nickel contents by powder metallurgy and to evaluate the effect of the nickel concentration on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the resulting alloys.
With the help of the scanning electron microscope were taken photographies in different samples to verify the formation of intermetallic compounds.
§ The formed intermetallic compounds seem to be always located in intergranular zones of the matrix

Materials and methods 2024 Al alloys are produced in Romania at S.C.ALRO S.A.
By aspect of compounds arrangement, cooling was done quickly enough.
Ellipsoidal compounds or those rounds, black represents strengthener Mg2Si compound.
Fe element distribution indicates its major presence in compounds, and very little in the matrix alloy.

Syntheses of the Ni3Ti, NiTi, and NiTi2 compounds by mechanical alloying C.B.
The Ni3Ti, NiTi, and NiTi2 compounds were synthesized after milling for 30h.
Different milling times were used to synthesize the binary compounds.
According with the XRD results, singlephase alloys were obtained only.
The Ni3Ti, NiTi, and NiTi2 compounds were formed after milling for 30h.

The aim of this work was to describe the microstructure of several possible hydrogen-storage alloys (Mg-Ni, Mg-Cu, Mg-Cu-Al, Mg-Zn) and to investigate the behaviour of these alloys during the electrolytic hydrogen saturation.
Results and discussion Microstructure of the investigated alloys is given in Fig.1.

Erbium actively react with aluminium and forming intermetallic compounds in the eutectic and in highly disperse form.
Master alloys prepared by aluminothermic reduction of chloride-fluoride melt used instead of master alloys prepared by direct alloying process to reduce cost of production of alloys and energy-efficiency while adding of erbium to aluminum alloys, which is due to the production technology of pure metals from compounds.

In this scenario the present work aims at the fabrication and characterization of the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the as–cast Ti-12Mo-25Nb alloy.
The objective of the present work is the production and characterization of a β -Ti single-phase alloy with a higher concentration of Nb aiming for better properties, particularly lower elastic modulus.
Moeq., the titanium alloys are classified as β-metastable.
