Tian-Shui and Guan-zhong Areas are the neighborhood in location, but their traditional dwellings show differences in a location adjacent.
Tian-Shui originated in the name of "Tianhe water" legend of the beautiful, official build from Emperor Wu Ding of three years (114 BC), built the "Tian-Shui County".
Within homes four week eaves mouth grow, called "break Yang" and "break eaves", can shade, and retaining rain, organization traffic, but this form only more see southern area; in Tian-Shui the dwellings courtyard sealing relative relaxation, street housing more has open high window who, door despite is combination pour seat set in messuages right Xia angle, but only is fake, with hanging type fence or frames show inside and outside, real of House door of is after road, go to 90 ° of the second door.
In Tian-shui, the dwellings yard are made from two or three yards.

Case study, evaluating the urbanization quality of the Shi Yang River Basin Using the entropy value method to evaluate the urbanization quality of the Shi Yang River Basin according to the established urbanization quality assessment system.
This case takes each region and county of the Shi Yang River Basin as evaluation unit.
Because part of area of Tian Zhu County belongs to the Yellow River basin, take its whole county range as a unit for evaluation considering the evaluation unit integrity, combined with the statistical data is not easy to peel.
Due to small population, combined with seizing the opportunities of minority areas policy in recent years, social economy in Tian zhu County developed fast, the urbanization progress moves forward fast and the urbanization quality is at a medium level.
Although the urban and rural integrated degree was growing rapidly in Gu Lang County and Tian Zhu county, it was still in a lower level in Shi Yang RiverBasin.

With the occurrence of The Development Planning of Guan Zhong-Tian Shui Economic Zone and the construction of international city of Xi’an, Xi’an-Xian Yang integration had been accelerating, and upgraded to be a country strategy.
Assumption 1: In the integration game, Xi’an and Xian Yang are the two sides.
Since the economic scale of Xi’an is larger than that of Xian Yang, if they both choose cooperation, the gains of Xian Yang at the beginning of the game are obviously more than that of Xi’an. .
If they both choose cooperation, Xi’an will increase 6 units and Xian Yang 4 units.

Study on beneficiation of a low magnesium phosphate weathering ore from Tian Ning Yongjie Guo1,a, Lingpan Du1,b, Jin Zhong1,c Ciyun Chen1,d 1 Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Kunming 650113, Yunnan, China a444565847@qq.com, b20832814@qq.com, c zj2179519@126.com, dccykmust@126.com Key Words: Weathered phosphate ore; Low magnesium; desliming; Positive flotation Abstract.
In this study, using Tian Ning weathered low magnesium phosphate ore which from Yunnan Dianchi Lake area as the study object, and based on its ore properties established a experimental program of pre-desliming with cyclone and then flotation.
The P2O5 loss rate under 20% on the desliming operation, then using a single positive flotation process at room temperature, ultimately obtained a test indicators of phosphate concentrate of P2O5 grade of 29.98% and P2O5 recovery of 95.02%, which is a foundation of development and application for Tian Ning weathering phosphate ore.
Ore properties and composition Tian Ning medium and low grade weathered phosphate ore samples mainly consists of semi-weathered ore and weathered ore, the weathered ore due to the deep degree of weathering, which lead to huge loss of carbonate minerals, making phosphate minerals and silicate minerals relative enrichment, so that the ore is usually low grade of magnesium and high grade of silicon.

Recently, some new studies of single charts have been done; see, for example, Costa and Rahim [2], Wu and Tian [3], Wu, Tian, and Zhang [4], Zhang and Wu [5], Wu and Tian [6], Wu, Wang, and Wang [7], Hawkins and Deng [8], Li, Zhang, and Wang [9], Zhang, Zou, and Wang [10] , Khoo et al. [11], Khoo, Teh and Wu[12], Zhou, Luo, and Wang [13], Huang and Chen [14], Zhang, Zou, and Wang [15], Ou, Wu, and Goh [16] Memar and Niaki [17], Teh, Khoo and Wu [18], Teh, Khoo and Wu [19] , Yang [20], Yang [21] and Yang and Lin [22] Several studies on the performance of adaptive control charts suggested the use of adaptive control schemes instead of the fixed control scheme.
However, in recently ten years only a few studies proposed double adaptive charts or a single adaptive chart to monitor the process mean and the variance simultaneously (e.g., Park, Lee and Kim [23]; Wu, Tian, and Zhang [2]; Zhang and Wu [3]; Castagliola, Celano and Fichera [24]; Castagliola, Celano, Fichera and Giuffrida [25]; Costa and Magalh [26]; Yang and Chen [27]; Yang and Yang [28]; Yang and Yu [29]; Wu, Wang and Wang [5]; Prajapati and Mahapatra [30]; Yang [31]; Yang and Chen[32]; Yang, Ko and Yeh [33]).

The per capita GDP of Qing Yang, Tian Shui, Ping Liang, Gan Nan was close to 50% of complete provincial level, other regions only accounted for about 28%.
In 2008 , the basic pattern of economic space in Gansu province: the developed areas reduced to only two, namely Jia Yu Guan and Jin Chang; Jiu Quan and Lanzhou were less developed areas; Zhang Ye, as a less developed region, became an undeveloped region, and Qing Yang, as a backward region rose to a originally developed region; there were 4 undeveloped regions, namely, Zhang Ye, Wu Wei, Silver and Qing Yang; there were 6 backward regions, respectively, Ping Liang, Longnan, Gan Nan, Lin Xia, Ding Xi, Tian Shui.
However, the number of regions whose proportion of industrial product occupied GDP was greater than 0.2 but less than 0.5 rose from 4 in 1995 to 8, namely, Jiu Quan, Zhang Ye, Wu Wei, Qing Yang, Ping Liang, Tian Shui, Long Nan and Lin Xia.
The proportions of GDP that Jin Chang and Qing Yang occupied Gansu had a little increase.
The proportions of GDP that Lan Zhou, Tian shui and Zhang Ye occupied Gansu declined.
