Abstract.
Road traffic safety is a major security problem faced by our society.
Use your own sight, hearing, touch, and motion perception sensory to learn the traffic safety knowledge, to improve the traffic safety consciousness, so that the purpose of traffic safety propaganda education can be achieved.

In order to evaluate the ship traffic safety about the large water area, the system of maritime macroscopic traffic safety was developed, which can give the simulation result under the setting conditions, using the electronic chart display and information system conform to S57 and S52.
In this article, the maritime macro-safety simulation model in ECDIS based on international standard format(S-57 and S-52) is put forward, which studies mainly on route plan and route monitoring.
The maritime macroscopic traffic safety simulation result is shown in the Fig. 4.

With transport safety-related laws and regulations, the system can effectively coordinate and manage elements in the transport system to ensure the traffic safety.

Abstract.
Based on the driving characteristics on the section of expressway with crosswind in mountainous areas, and three security issues that are vehicle roll, cornering and sideslip under the action of crosswind, this paper gives the various speed limit and proposes effective measures to ensure traffic safety, all of which can offer decision-making basis for traffic safety administration of the mountain expressway.
Mountain expressway traffic safety operation is closely related to the climate conditions and the special geographical environment, When meeting with bad climate, the traffic accident rate on the expressway is always high.
In view of this, this paper makes a concrete analysis of crosswind effects on traffic safety of expressway in mountainous areas, and puts forward improving measures.
