The partner departments contend National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Engineering Technology Library, Library of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science, Library of the Chinese Academy of Medical Science and so on.
The goal is to collect, store and exploit the information resources of science and technology in the fields of natural science, engineering science, agriculture science and medical science, and provide services the whole country oriented.
In this way, we realized the transferring and sharing of the implicit information resources at the first time. 2) Professional Forum Differently from the personal blog, the forum is a large stage where the benevolent see forum benevolence and the wise see wisdom.
There are many entertainment-based forums on the network, at the same time, the professional forums sprang up.
The development of semantic web provides an advanced mean on semantic level of information and knowledge representation.

Experimental In this benchmark study we are aiming to compare SOITECs SmartSiC™ engineered SiC substrates in 150 mm and 200 mm diameter as well as SOITEC Advanced SiC Engineered Substrates in 150 mm (abbreviated to “Soitec Advanced” in the graphs) to comparable monocrystalline substrates from four industry standard suppliers.
The SOITEC Advanced SiC Engineered Substrates were not included in the statistics for the killer defects.
Despite these small areas with polycrystalline growth the SOITEC Advanced SiC Engineered Substrates give a higher predicted yield both on 2x2 mm² and 3x3 mm² grids compared to the SmartSiC™ substrates (see Figure 8).
SOITEC’s Advanced SiC Engineered Substrates, vendor B and vendor C are not included in this section as they were not available in both substrate diameters.
