MODELLING AND SIMULATION OF CRISIS PHENOMENA AS A NEW TOOL FOR RESEARCH AND TRAINING IN VISEGRAD COUNTRIES SIVÁKOVÁ Lenka1,a*, LOVEČEK Tomáš2,b 1University of Žilina, Faculty of Security Engineering, Slovakia 2Wyższa Szkoła Oficerska Wojsk Lądowych i.
Despite the fact that CP are classified into: · Natural disasters: windstorms, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, sinkholes, landslides, blizzards, avalanches, solar flare, · Anthropogenic hazards: criminality, civil disorder, terrorism, war, industrial and engineering hazards (power outage).
Beside the fact that Operational Analysis is used to support decision making for enormous part of Crisis Management it is also advisable for training of first responders, other actors in the field of security, civil protection practitioners, stakeholders, and end-users.
There were open research work programmes such as: · Research and Innovation (H2020 Secure Societies), · EC/ DG Migration and Home Affairs (Security, Borders, Police) · EC/ DG ECHO (Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection).
Óbuda University Donát Banki Faculty of Mechanical and Safety Engineering carries out educational and research activities in different security areas.
