Nanoindentation is used for evaluation of materials in smaller volume.
With the knowledge of local microstructural features and local mechanical properties, it is more convenient to assess the materials behavior, in particular to the irradiated materials, for assessing the damage caused by the neutrons and ions.

Vibration tapping is capable to tap the deep and small hole in difficult-to-machine materials.
And if the thread holes are small and deep, the tapping process becomes difficult, especially for difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium alloys.

Zinc phosphate materials which have different morphologies, particle size and good crystalline were prepared via an effective template method.
Some practical experimental conclusions could be obtained, which were expected to have potential values in synthesis of functional materials.
The zinc phosphates [Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O] as an important inorganic functional materials with excellent thermal stability, colorless, non-toxic, good anticorrosive property, have been found widely applied to ion exchange materials, chelating agents, glass ceramics, high quality fertilizers, biomedical cements and especially as corrosion-resistant coatings[3,4].
