The materials on the sieves receive the impulse which the sieves passing to produce continual throwing movement in the inclined screening surface.
Under variable load with frequency 16-17 Hz (1000r/min) conditions, vibration screen which do long-term is stressed by materials and affected by slurry of water and other corrosive liquid media.
The work done in this paper provides a basis to the design process of the vibration screener for the selection of materials and the optimization design.

Shear connectors are usually used to connect two different structural materials and to transfer longitudinal shear forces across the materials interface in composite structures.
