Interest in ceramics as a high speed cutting tool material is based primarily on favourable material properties [11, 13].

Introduction
As ceramic materials have many excellent properties[1-3], such as high insulated property, excellent heat-resistant, high wear-resistance and good erode-resistant property, they are widely applied in electronic industry and mechanical industry.
During laser milling, the machine tools do not need to touch work pieces directly and the work pieces can keep off mechanical force action and can be away form being worn out.
The rule of factors influencing removing rate and surface quality in laser milling was discussed by changing different processing parameters.
The experiment parameters of laser milling The factors affecting the laser milling included laser power, scanning speed and defocusing amount etc.
The positive and negative defocusing amount affects had great influence on the single pulsed pit, so the spot overlap could influent the single path milling width obviously.

This paper analyzed the force situation of

Applying modification on PVDF membrane can improve its hydrophilicity and anti-fouling properties, of which blending modification is expected to be a hotspot of study in future.
Solvent type, coagulation bath medium, temperature, and additives are all important factors that have influences on PVDF membranes.
The composition and the temperature of coagulation bath will influence the exchange rate between solvent and non-solvent, thus affecting membrane structure and performance.
The retention rate of bovine serum protein increased from 25.11% to 67.20% and mechanical properties are certainly improved.
Conclusions During the process of preparing PVDF by means of immersion precipitation, solvent, coagulation bath and additives are vital factors of influencing the structure and performance of membrane.
