Materials of thermoplastic polymer used are Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) by using welding wire like the three materials.
However, due to the advantages of polymer-based materials such as having high corrosion resistance, and excellent strength-to-weight ratio, many industries regularly produce polymer-based materials.
Polymer-based materials, both polymer-only and polymer-based composite materials, are highly susceptible to premature failure due to the formation of cracks and micro-cracks.
Using samples PVC, PP, PE materials with pipe shape.

Strontium silicate (SrSiO3) has good stability under high temperature, which not only can be used as additives to promote composite materials sintering process, but can be used as solid lubricant to improve high temperature friction performance of composite materials [5-8].
Doped with rare metal elements of strontium silicate can also be used as a new type of long rays materials[9,10].

The materials on the sieves receive the impulse which the sieves passing to produce continual throwing movement in the inclined screening surface.
Under variable load with frequency 16-17 Hz (1000r/min) conditions, vibration screen which do long-term is stressed by materials and affected by slurry of water and other corrosive liquid media.
The work done in this paper provides a basis to the design process of the vibration screener for the selection of materials and the optimization design.
