(1) At present, there is no targeted specification for the design of old industrial building regeneration utilization project so as to refer to the other new-built and civil industries.
The engineer function is restricted in the period of evaluation because the syllabus of the evaluation index system is not confirmed by engineers.
Set a feedback and feedback the collected opinions of all engineers to engineers to re-correct the self-judgment, based on which, the final result is easy to get close to the acceptance check.
(3) The average weight is calculated by normalizing results of n engineers.

There had a broad prospect of application for military facilities and civil field.
At present, development of all kinds of absorbing material was mainly used in military targets, and the less in civil flied.
Then there might provide new cheap scattering electromagnetic functional composites for engineering protection and civil electromagnetic wave protection.
This feature to improving scattering properties of concrete engineering surface was beneficial.
Mix proportion of composite materials should be optimized in engineering application.
