Introduction Tribochemistry is the research of physical chemistry reaction during the friction process and the usage of the variation of effects in the milling process, etc.
So as to affect the micro and the macro structure of materials [3,4].
Structure evolution of the MAed powder was monitored by XRD with Cu Kα1 radiation at 50kV and 80mA.
Dislocation leads to the lattice distortion and the changes in crystal structure of amorphous powder.
That is to say, the effective temperature factor can indicate the distortion degree of crystal structure.

The optical absorption edge for CdS1-xSex , Cd1-xMnxTe nanoparticles and exciton structure in the spectrum of Cd1-xMnxS nanoparticles shifted to the higher-energy side compared to those for bulk crystals due to the quantum confinement effect.
All steps of the synthesis of Cd1-xMnxS nanoparticles by colloidal chemistry technique were performed at room temperature and under ambient conditions.
Similar oscillatory behaviour of the Faraday rotation spectra was also observed in thin films and quantum well structures of Cd1-xMnxTe and Zn1-xMnxTe [12-14].
Non-magnetic CdS1-xSex in glass was grown by melting method, semimagnetic semiconductor Cd1-xMnxTe in SiO2 by pulsed laser deposition technique and semimagnetic Cd1-xMnxS in PVA polymer film by colloidal chemistry technique.
The observed photon energy shift of absorption structure in the all composite films is served as evidence for the quantum confinement effect.

The morphology and crystal structure of the EG/TiO2 composites have been characterized by the means of SEM and XRD.
The results are shown as follows: the EG/TiO2 composites maintain the rich porous and network structure of EG, and a lot of anatase TiO2 particles widely distribute on surfaces and in layers of EG.
From the SEM picture of the EG/TiO2 composites we can see the composites is a porous material with rich network structure, there are lots of round or oval micropores on its walls.
From above analysis, we know the composites are the combination of TiO2 particles and EG, and have their structure features concurrently.
The above results show the EG/TiO2 composites keep both crystal structures of TiO2 particles and EG, and as the carrier of TiO2 particles, EG can take over much more content than TiO2 particles in the composites.

The crystal structure of the composites was determined by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) of D/MAX-rB, which was radiated by Cu Kα.
The EG/TiO2 composites with lamellar structure of multilayer and porous could be seen, and every layer was connected with each other.
Thus, the EG/TiO2 composites were the combination of TiO2 particles and EG, and had their main structure features concurrently.
Thus, it could be inferred the EG/TiO2 composites kept both crystal structures of TiO2 particles and EG, and the content of EG was much more than TiO2 particles.
Moreover, the composites kept both the crystal structures of TiO2 particles and EG, and the content of EG in the composites was much more than TiO2 particles

Using FTIR analysis and SEM imaging, the beads exhibited favorable properties for adsorption, as shown by their coarse and porous structure.
The images reveal that the beads possess a rough and coarse structure with pores distributed throughout the composite matrix, which are favorable properties for adsorption.

Significant softening of Young’s modulus for Lu- and Yb-cobaltites is found at temperature decrease, showing an instability of the crystal structure and accompanying by a reverse jump at the structural phase transition.
This distortion of the crystal structure at the phase transition removes the frustration of the exchange interactions in the Kagome lattice and thus affects magnetic phase transition in the Co subsystem at [6].
The hexagonal structure remains stable up to lower temperatures when the RE ion size reduces.
In the RE cobaltites, the RE ion size is apparently determinative since the hexagonal structure remains stable up to lower temperatures when the RE ion radius reduces.

For straight and well-ordered MWCNTs, we obtained clear evidence of a scroll type structure with uniform chirality.
We have studied various structure formations in catalyst-assisted MWCNT growth, the particular structures and properties of which are reported in the present paper.
Using FePc as precursor material we have prepared MWCNTs in the 10-100 nm diameter range which are straight in shape and show a scroll-like structure as deduced from electron diffraction [8].
It appears that those structures are preferably obtained in higher temperature pyrolysis and growth where the capillarity effect is more dominant.
