a) b) Fig.4 Flow direction of sheet blank and viscous medium during VPF process: a) stroke of piston is 7mm; b) stroke of piston is 17mm Effect of viscous medium on thinning of sheet blank Fig.5 shows the thickness reduction distribution of the panel formed by VPF and that by rigid punch under the same conditions.
a) b) Fig.5 Thickness reduction distributions of panels formed by different forming processes: a) VPF; b) rigid punch drawing Panel shape In order to illustrate the effect of the VPF process to the springback of the panel, the shape of the panel formed by VPF is compared with that by rigid punch.
By comparing the geometry data of the panel and the die surface, the springback is obtained, as shown in Fig. 8.

The EBSD data was acquired in the radius (R) plane, i.e. the plane containing the Z and rotation (θ) specimen directions, using an FEI Sirion FEGSEM equipped with a HKL Nordlys CCD camera controlled by HKL Channel 5 acquisition software.
The EBSD acquisition data for the forward/forward and forward/reverse specimens were collected with a step size of 0.25µm; the total area analysed for the former was 0.24 mm2 whereas for the later, the total area scanned was 0.49 mm 2.
Subsequent data analysis was performed using HKL Channel 5 software and VMAP V.8 kindly provided by Professor F.J.
The data presented here also corresponds nearly exactly with the data of Lopez-Pedrosa et al. [8] for AA1200 deformed at the same temperature to the same strain and the data of Hughes and Hansen [9], for room temperature deformed nickel deformed to slightly lower strain levels.
The current data set is insufficient to come to these same conclusions but the 100 µm 100 µm 100 µm 100 µm (a) (b) (c) (d) trend looks similar.

In regards to the data obtained the sewage incoming flow to the biological treatment stage (aeration tank num.5) in Kolomna is almost constant, 60000 m3 per day in average.
In regard with the sanitary-chemical data obtained it became possible to make calculations and conclusions about the biochemical system specific for the regard facility.
According to the data obtain an average oxidation velocity for a particular treatment period amounts 6.9 mg BOD/g h.
The data obtained reveals the fact that activated sludge in this system has a load-illness (it is so called hungry sludge).
Backward nitrification makes denitrification reaction low down, which was also confirmed by data obtained.

The rough set theory can deal with historical load data, and then give new samples from original data.
Rough Sets method of Attributes reduction Rough Sets[9-12] can only deal with uncertainty and discrete data, so when the attribute values of the information is continuous, discreting it is necessary.
RS-SVM Algorithm Step 1: Use rough sets algorithm to deal with historical load data, and creat new samples to train. the historical warship load data contains 30 days power data , 84 equipments' measurable factors, wave height and wind speed.
Step 2: Select some related input variables, mainly including the past 30 day load data, previous 3-week load data, previous 3-day load data, previous 3-hour and the related data of the 9 factors.
The influence factors are the important electrical equipment load data, wind velocity data and the wave-height data of the sea area .

Taking this judgment standard for the foundation, we analyzed the annual measured hydrological data of prototype comprehensively.
Data sources This paper’s water and sediment data mainly comes from the measured water and sediment data of 1951-1998, as well as data from main hydrological stations which located at Jing River and Dongting lake before (1999-2002) and after (2003-2010)the impoundment of the Three Gorges reservoir.
Fig.1 The Delivery catastrophe model of the evaluation of the Dongting Lake basin’s morphology health Data Preprocessing As original data’s range and measure unit are not identical, they can not compare with each other.
According to measured data statistics in 2003 to 2008, the amount of water into the Dongting Lake become less (the reduction rate is 18%), even not obvious, compared with the average value for many years in the former.
Discussion Since the availability of data series, we only study 6 typical years (the dry, flat and wet years before and after the implementation of the Three Gorges project).

Efficiency was evaluated using Rankine cycle calculations, comparing performance data before and after the overhaul.
The steps followed the previously mentioned procedure; however, the data was obtained directly from its initial operation after the overhaul.
The first stage involved analyzing historical steam turbine data sourced from archived log sheets.
The data processing methodology was as follows.
The values of steam turbine data before and after overhaul are presented in Table 2 and 3, repectively.

These actions are based on the data stored in the database as prior knowledge.
Data gloves have been developed to provide machines a more natural GUI.
The data set comprises 499 words, 2 to 7 signs wide, and 1604 signs with a vocabulary of 22 signs in all.
This data was obtained from MotionStarTM with 60 frames per second.
They stated that the hand type could be precisely defined using data gloves in joint angles and finger openness.

This system has the function of decision-supporting and makes a contribution to the application of data mining technology for comprehensive statistical management system for coal enterprise Analysis of Data Mining Algorithms for System Comprehensive statistic management system for coal enterprise deal with all production data, business data, financial data, etc.
Including not only raw data but also the date generated by complex calculation.
So the applications of data mining technology are extremely imperative.
Decision tree method can not only deal with discrete data, but can deal with continuous data too. ⑷The decision tree can clearly show the importance of attributes.
When choicing the condition attribute collections, first, we carry on the data pretreatment, delete the belt noise data, polish the default value, and discretization data value and so on.

Finally, the depolarization current is measured during reheating of the sample at constant rate b by an electrometer connected to a computer for the data acquisition. 2.3.
This phenomenon can be explained by considering the reduction in free volume due to the structural relaxation of the material [13]; the aged sample has a smaller free volume as well as a lower enthalpy and potential energy than the unaged sample.
The diminution of the thermo-currents peak intensity and polarization Pmax can be attributed to the reduction of the free volume, which leaded to the decrease of the molecular mobility.
Consequently, a low activation entropy will be recorded, which resulted in a reduction of the activation enthalpy.
The reduction of α relaxation mode has been found by the optical technique (ATR): it was highlighted by a decrease in all absorption bands intensities due to the reduction of the free volume and molecular mobility during aging.

With the PEO coating thickness of 7.2 microns, the corrosion current density was reduced by 1.00 µA/cm2 from the uncoated Mg-Zn respectively, indicating a significant reduction in the degradation rate between pure Mg-Zn and coated Mg-Zn from 7.0 to 3.7 kg/year.
This effect, known as stress shielding, occurs because the metal implants take pressure off of the bone tissue, resulting in a reduction in bone density over time [6].
All electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) data were analyzed using Ec-lab software.
The data clearly indicated the enhanced corrosion protection offered by the coating.
The corrosion current density was reduced by 1.0 µA/cm2 from the Mg-Zn substrate, indicating a reduction in the degradation rate between the Mg-Zn substrate and coated alloy from 7.0 to 3.7 mg/year.
