Introduction Slope stability analysis is always an important research subject in geotechnical engineering and civil engineering.
Therefore, it is an important subject that evaluating and analyzing the slope stable state, monitoring the risk slope body and taking suitable reinforcement and protection measures timely in geotechnical engineering and civil engineering[2].
Genetic algorithm has received more and more attention as a function optimization method in engineering application.
In accordance with engineering experience or relevant knowledge, determine the generally range of circle center(abscissa and ordinate).
Conclusion According to some problems in theory by the analysis and design of complex slope engineering, the paper took the heterogeneity and discontinuity of medium in slope engineering and a large random and fuzzy factors into account.

This study was embarked upon to ascertain the suitability of Recycle Iron and Steel Aggregate (RISS) as alternative to granite aggregate in order to mitigate environmental sustainability which is caused by depletion of available deposit of igneous rock because of its use in Building and Civil Engineering works.

Influencing factors in the profit claim Engineering contract is a typical contract of civil and commercial law.
There are concepts of performance interest and reliance interest in the contract laws of civil law system in various countries.
From the above analysis, it can be clearly drawn that: the increase and decrease of engineering amount, deleting engineering and extra engineering will affect the overall profit or profit rate; therefore, they shall be compensated.

Finite Element Analysis on Creep and Shrinkage of Reinforced Concrete Yuntao Zhang1, a 1School of Civil Engineering, Anhui Jianzhu University, Hefei 230022, PR China ajgxyzyt@sina.com Keywords: reinforced concrete (RC), shrinkage, creep, finite element analysis (FEA) Abstract: The finite element software ANSYS/CivilFEM was applied to analyses the influence of steel bar restraint on creep and shrinkage of reinforced concrete.
When the reinforcement ratio is low, the steel bar exerts less influence on creep and shrinkage, and the influence of steel bar can be neglected in engineering application.
The fitting results of Eq. (2) coincide well with the test results, which can satisfy the requirement of engineering application.
The reinforcement effect shrinkage coefficient should be considered for reinforcement ratio more than 0.38% under engineering error 5%. 2.2.
