Because of its good electrical conductivity, flexibility and low cost, the pressure-sensitive conductive rubber, can be used as an ideal flexible tactile sensor sensitive materials[4].
However, the conventional Si-based materials is with machine embrittlement characteristic, can not take large deformation and instantaneous impact.
At the same time, the rigidity of the material is difficult to achieve the touch-sensitive detection on the curved surface, thus the microelectronics mechanical system devices of Si-based materials have their limitations[17].

Introduction
In nature, creatures experience thousands of years surive and evolution, ultimately obtaining many excellent structures and properities. With the increasing development of technology, people have highly demand for the using performance of materials in order to use in different environment ,such as specific strength, specific modulus, wear resistant and thermal protection etc[1].But the traditional structures and materials are unable to meet these requirement. Therefore, the composite materials become the preferred design thinking and preparation method to satisfy the adove-mentioned requirement.Meanwhile the scientists gained the compound design inspiration from the structures ,the materials quality and the properties of the creatures.Scientists have made use of the inspiration of the creature’s structures to fabricate lots of engineering materials and structures, like the honeycomb composite materials refer to the unique characters of the honeycomb structure, with the advantages
