Knowledge Engineering was first proposed by the artificial intelligence expert EA Feigenbaum, it mainly includes three aspects of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and use of knowledge and treatment.
The use of knowledge and treatment is the third key factors of knowledge engineering, it consist mainly of reasoning, search, knowledge management and maintenance, matching and identification.

Considering the security need of prestressing curved beam’s tendon connection, attention should be paid not only to its materials and mechanical properties, but also to the convenience of construction.
The scientific and favorable technical guidance can be provided for actual engineering of the external prestressing.
Engineering Application With the vigorous development of engineering technology, requirements of the structure bearing are also gradually increase.
In general, prestressing steel can be used as materials of high-strength force, and the tendon role can offset part of the load internal force.
Considering the security need of prestressing curved beam’s tendon connection, attention should be paid not only to its materials and mechanical properties, but also to the convenience of construction.
