Arata Endo (June 1, 1889), was born in Japan FuDaoXian horses county futian village (now Japan's new parking) to September 1914, graduated from Tokyo imperial university engineering university architecture discipline, in January 1917 for the teacher, and worship Wright in the architectural design firm work (see fig 1).
This one design new Arata endo in that moment by praise, and obtain the puppet countries construction bureau "civil building honorable mention".
