Linear thermal expansion of different actuator types [5] Piezoelectric Materials Piezoelectric materials make use of direct and inverse piezoelectric effects to perform a function.
This requirement urges to develop high Curie temperature piezoelectric materials.
PZT materials have better features than the alternateve piezoelectric materials for the same applications.
Different types of piezoelectric materials play vital rule for industrial applications.

The heat transfer ability of different interface materials was evaluated.
When solid interstitial materials are used, the joint conductance problem becomes much more complicated.
Thermal interface materials include thermal fluids, thermal grease, resilient thermal conductors, solders, phase change materials etc. [6, 7].
· From this experiment we can compare these two interface materials with different dissipation, in vacuum.
