Surface chemistry of calcium phosphates with OH group may also affect proliferation and differentiation as well as adherence, migration and anchorage of bone cells.
Because CMP has no OH groups in its crystallographic structure, pH value with CMP was constant and showed no significant change during soaking in ethanol.

By comparing and analyzing the micro-morphology and identify the surface chemistry compositions of particles before and after coating, influence of Al3+ concentration, PH value and reaction temperature was studied and optimum technological conditions are obtained.
Coating result was characterized by SEM (SUPRATM 55, Carl Zeiss Group, Germany); surface chemistry compositions of CaF2 particles before and after coating were identified by EDS; Results and Discussion Determination of Coating Conditions.
From the figure, CaF2 before coated is block structure.
