Computer aided design involves major professional direction of film and television animation effects, art design, advertising, landscape architecture roaming, product design etc.
It covers almost all of the art design work of the modern computer science and technology in the information age, such as three-dimensional animation, multimedia technology application, the performance of the ad film and television special effects, architectural design, interior design, landscape design and product modeling design, and other fields, which produces great benefits of economic and social, and has a broad application prospect. 2.1 The Development Status of Computer Aided Design Applications In the 1960s, the application of computer aided design established graphics basic professional theory.
AutoCAD can be used into a wide range of areas, such as engineering drawing’s constructional design, decorative design, artistic design, product design, water-power engineering, civil engineering and so on. 5.2 Rhinoceros Rhinoceros(Rhino)is the American Robert McNeel & Assoc company which developed powerful professional 3D shape modeling software based on NURBS(Non-Uniform Ra-tional B-Splines,it refers to the non-uniform rational B-Spline curves). It combines wonderfully the exactness of traditional CAD and the flexibility of modeling technology which is based on free curve.
There is increasingly populace among designers because of its convenience to convert. 5.3 3ds MAX 3ds Max is a professional software to construct three-dimensional model, make animation, render scene.

Building components including shafts arranged layout, wall layout, layout and corresponding water segment is divided beams.
BIM -based CAD technology Early CAD system as an auxiliary tool , most with only a simple two -dimensional manner with the user , it can express the basic building interactive geometry, for example , to express a set of line segments constructed beams, columns and other information, we are exposed to in everyday things in three dimensions , only in the form of trained professionals by analyzing two-dimensional drawings , to convert it into a three-dimensional model of the structure and the building, presented to us in recent years , many forms, spatial relations more complex , there are some difficulties and deviations dimensional way of expressing buildings and structures , has become increasingly difficult to meet people's needs.
BIM can store complete construction of the complete life cycle of information , the design , structural design, construction management , or all aspects of construction, the information can be read directly into a professional software application through which to gather the information needed , and .
Geometric information architecture, materials, information, project cost and other data stored in the same model, you can save this information model for the industry-standard data format, can be directly used for all kinds of professional analysis software.

The study on dispersion mechanism of dispersive soil has attracted attention in water conservancy project.
Introduction Dispersive soil is one kind of cohesive soil which has a tendency to disperse in low-salinity water (or pure water) [2].
With the action of water, the particles of soil have more mutual repulsion of ions than mutual attraction, cause it disperse in water.
The less tructure damage ratio, the stronger water stability of soil is ,the lower dispersivity of soil is.

Professional software, such as FLUENT, StarCCM+ and so on, are suitable to apply in the process of design.
Effective Utilization of Water Resources.
The target of effective utilization of water resources is to reduce the exhaustion of water resources and the potential risk of pollution and flooding.
Its contents involve primarily the following aspects: overall planning of using the water, the design of water supply and sewage system, treatment and utilization of waste water, management of rain, water of greenbelt and landscape, saving water equipment.
Based on realizing rational utilization of existing available water resource and optimization of different uses of using the water, water are guaranteed in long supply, different uses of using the water are distributed in good time, the efficiency of saving water are promoted, the disaster of rain water are prevent in areas where flood is easy to occur, the diffusion of pollution are effective controlled.

Therefore, the core of the PNN credit evaluation model of practicing qualification personnel is to determine the standard network learning model according to the credit of practicing qualification personnel. 2.1 PNN network input value selection As project leaders or professional personnel, practicing qualification personnel are employed to a construction unit.
The 5 classes of indices includes: working ability indices (technical and professional title, training condition, working years in this area, professional level and professional skill); Working performance indices(working awards record, punishment record, completion acceptance one shot rate, owner satisfaction rate, equipment intact rate, project qualified rate and superior project rate); Basic personal situation indices (age, education and marital status); Personal asset indices (annual income, annual expenditures and total current liabilities); and credit condition indices (credit record, loan record and other denigrate records). 2.2 Experimental results Study on the PNN network credit classification of the practicing qualification personnel, and compare with BP networks.

The development trends of safety monitoring technology for cold store are as follows: First, the reliability and intelligence level of various professional equipments have improved owing to the development of computer technology.
In this system, hardware and software resources are used to realize advanced control of remote items, and the “virtual” professionals appear in all monitoring locations, thus normal operation of equipments are achieved.
As soon as the air sampling detection system discovers the sign of flame or smoke, the information of fire point will be sent to signal receiver and fire control station, and then the coordinating actions of water pumps and electric valve are activated.

Maritime emergency is defined as emergency happening on water and posing an immediate risk to health, life, property, or environment, which has the characteristics of diversity, complexity, sudden, destructiveness and so on. [1] Maritime emergency can be divided into water natural disasters, maritime traffic accidents, water pollution accidents, security events on the basis of the characteristics and mechanisms of water emergency.
Therefore, according to the principles of selecting index and the mechanism of water emergency, an evaluation system was built on AHP.
The model of multitudinous levels fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for water emergency was established by the combination of FCE and AHP.
The research might play a guiding role on the management of water emergency.
The emergency ability evaluation of water emergency is an important part in management of water emergency.

Intrinsic matrix properties refer to the morphology of the blends of biopolymers (starch, gluten, polysaccharides…) and inner water distribution; they can be predicted by mechanical modeling, using Finite Element Method (FEM), either for bread or dough [3, 4].
Wheat flour dough mixing Mixing first homogenizes the ingredients, leading to distribution of water in the flour components, and then causing development of a gluten network that contributes to the rheological properties of dough, to subsequent gas retention and gas cell stabilization (Bloksma, 1990).
Professional experts relate those criteria to operating conditions and recipe in their domain technological knowledge, which integrates practical experience and scientific knowledge.
These models are implemented as a Knowledge-Based System (KBS), which can be used by professionals, and thus can be considered as BKMs.

Taihu Lake basin is a typical water shortage area for water quality problem in China.
The results show that the major influencing factors of water environment in Taihu Lake is dissolved oxygen, water turbidity, and water N, P and other nutrient elements, and the water environment nutrients is much influenced by the N element.
Gehu Lake annual water quality evaluation in 2004 showed that more than 80% of the water is in a bad V class level.
Influence of water environment water quality and water environment many factors influence mechanism, how more complex scientific evaluation of the water environmental quality, and find out the main effect factors are the water environment problems and difficulties in the focus of research.
The main water environment factors that influence Tianmuhu Lake are dissolved oxygen, water turbidity degree and nutrient elements in water.
