The Stockholm city in Sweden has built a 30-kilometer underground common trench in the stable rock land with a diameter of 8 meters, which can be used as a civil defense engineering in the war.
The cost of city underground common trench is only about 1/12 of that of the subway engineering.
It is the fact that the city underground common trench is a major engineering which will benefit us in the long run.
