In general a good accordance of the simulation with the experimental data is found.
The activation energy , as well as the exponent was determined from oxidation test data.
The complete lifetime model was calibrated using both LCF and TMF test data.
Finally the oxidation part was identified with Out-of-Phase-TMF test data.
After identification of the model parameters a good agreement with isothermal test data was obtained, whereas the application of the model to non-isothermal test data revealed some potential for improvements.

Furthermore, the results were compared to experimental data whenever possible.
Data from measurements was only available for two rotors with hub diameters of d2 = 30 mm and d4 =60 mm.
For those setups, no experimental data was available.
The curves for d4 = 60 mm show good agreement for the same volume flow values but differ stronger from the experimental data in the outer regions.
Even though no experimental data was available for those setups the comparison of experimental and simulated characteristic curves for d2 = 30 mm and d4 = 60 mm showed that the results are trustworthy for operating points near the nominal working point.

We proposed coverage body GA neuron of the complex geometrical body, and researched the property of coverage body GA neuron and SAR ATR method under low data amount and low error.
A typical choice of was the Gaussian function used in data fitting, and the threshold function was a variant of the Multiple Weights Neural Network(MWNN), The network used in data fitting or system controlling consisted of an input layer of source nodes, a single hidden layer, and an output layer of linear weights.
These data is collected by Sandia National Laboratory with Twin Otter SAR sensor operating at X wave band.
The experiment data this paper used came from Image Science Center of Johns Hopkins University.
There are 17 image data sets, each data set contain hundreds of images series of a target at certain depression angle.

Voice and data packets traverse over IP networks with fixed maximum capacity.
Separating the transmission of voice call and voice data, the utilization of network resources might be increased and could reduce the failure of voice call.
MPLS-TE ensures the efficient path selection and fast recovery mechanism with ensuring the quality of voice data [3].
This resulted in higher throughput which has a ripple effect on operating efficiency and reduction of infrastructure cost.

They introduced a damage reduction factor to weaken damage evolution caused by hydrostatic stress.
The damage reduction factor is taken as zero making the solution of damage variable free of iteration.
In principle, the different mathematical forms of can be assumed as long as they can correctly match the corresponding experimental data.

Due to the reduction of cutting force, the tool life in this method is considerably increased[3].
Table1 UEVC test conditions cutting DOC 0.05~0.1mm Feed rate, fr 0.08mm/rev Cutting speed, vc 3~14m/min Coolant type Water Tool cemented carbide tool Vibration Frequency, f 19876Hz Amplitudes 10μmp-p Phase,Φ 84º Results and analysis Experimental data shows that tool forces in UEVC are significantly smaller than those measured during conventional machining for similar operating conditions.
These tool force reductions are observed for a range of cutting time, cutting speed and depths of cut.
The reduced or reversed friction leads to significant reduction in cutting force.

The caliber rolling was carried out at 300 oC to 12 x 12 mm2 rods (~76% reduction) by a series of roll passes in a rolling mill.
The reduction in hardness at lower annealing time up to 20 min is faster than that upon higher annealing time (more than 30 min).
The reduction in hardness from surface to core is faster initially up to 20 min and becomes slower after more than 30 min of annealing.

Materials start to shrink due to the glass phase flow where the consolidation of structure occur once the transition temperature reached resulting in the reduction of porosity of the materials [1].
The reduction of the water content not causes the volume of the clay mass, but increasing the volume of water may lead to decrease the volume of clay which known as shrinkage limit of clay [8].
Fig. 1 XRD data of mineral compositions within the ball clay Firing Shrinkage.
The water absorption decreased due to the increasing of firing shrinkage and density and reduction in porosity.

Biodiesel is recognized as a potential fuel with many beneficials effects, especially in emission reduction.
The boiler was operated in full load mode during the test, while data was collected in every 10 minutes.
At higher blends of biodiesel (B50), more combustion air show elevated levels of CO and a reduction of CO2.
In the use of higher blends of biodiesel, when the air intake to the combustion chamber is beyond the optimum amount of excess air, it caused a reduction in exhaust gas temperature.

According to the relevant statistical data, which shows that the traffic accident caused by fog weather is 2.5 times of other severe weathers; the proportion of injuries and death is accounted for 29.5% and 16% of the total number of injuries and death in traffic accident.
1.3 Influence on electric power facilities.
Fog is harmful to agricultural production, and its main performance is the weakening of crop photosynthesis and the reduction of illumination time.
Only by constant development system or mechanism reformation and improvement can economic development mode transformation, industrial construction optimization be controlled, and it is the fundamental solution to solve the problems caused by haze. 3.3 Promotion of the Advanced Technology of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction and Ecological Industry Development Saving resource is the important measure to protect ecological environment, and the specific practices are as follows.
On the specific accountability scope of government atmospheric environment responsibilities, the following several aspects of accountability can be considered: people who change the special planning atmospheric environment prevention and control arbitrarily; people who exam and approve the projects which do not conform to the industrial policy and violate the atmospheric environmental protection laws and regulations; the officials who do not release the government environmental information to the public according to the requirements of laws; people who violate the environmental administrative enforcement of law; people who commit serious neglect or dereliction of duty with respect to the legal responsibilities of atmospheric environmental protection supervision and management; those who fail to meet the government atmospheric pollution energy-saving and emission reduction goals and so on.
