UE is an integer whose value is 0 or 1, UE=0 means that the user has no requirement of payment by Unionpay card, UE =1 means that the user wants to pay by Unionpay card. xi is an integer valuing 0 or 1, xi =0 means that Si is not selected, xi =1 means that gas station Si is selected.
