The calcination temperature of PG involved 135°C, 430°C and 800°C, according to the DSC results of the raw materials.
Higher curing temperature leads to better activity of atoms, thus it accelerates the reaction among materials.

In contrast to this commonly used approach, when
electrode dimensions are appropriately chosen and electrodes placed closely together, temperature
interaction between them becomes considerable, discharge area constrains and hot electrodes can be
used as heaters for the evaporation of materials of high melting point.
The aim of the investigations described here was to reduce carbon electrode evaporation and to use high electrode temperature for the evaporation of materials of high melting point in an appropriate manner.

Introduction The Cd1-xMnxTe (CMT) crystals belong to group II-VI compound semiconductors and they are the excellent materials for developing X-ray, γ-ray detector and magneto-optical isolator [1-2].
By THM, crystals can be grown at relatively low temperatures (900 ℃) compared with the melt growth, and the Te solution absorbs the impurity from the source materials and growth crucibl, therefore, crystals can be grown with less thermal stresses and high purity.
