In this research, new chemistry is explored through a simple, efficient and cheap method to synthesize new surfactants from palm oil fatty acids.
In this study, new chemistry is explored through a simple, efficient and cheap method to synthesize surfactants from palm oil fatty acids.
The chemical structure is the important factor controlling the physico-chemical properties of any substrate.
Therefore, with oleic acid as a starting point, significant structure changes can be introduced requiring only straight forward chemistry.
These compounds can be identified by using MS-ToF and 1HNMR by molecular weight and structure elucidations.

The similar modification of electronic structure can be induced by chemical compression via non-isoelectronic substitution in the rare-earth sublattice.
This might be due to Ce and Eu intermediate valence states which are explored in this work by means of X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy along with such parameters of local crystalline structure as interatomic distances.

Focus was in morphological structure of biodegradable polymer starch clay nanocomposite.
The interlayer structure characterization mostly was using X-Ray diffraction (XRD) to obtain the basal d spacing of the interlayer [10-12,16].

The more stable ordered structure of BMN phase can contribute to their better dielectric properties.
Electronic structure calculations are widely applied to study the structural properties [6].
Fig.1 The Flow chart of calculation by SCF- Xα-SW method This paper apply SCF-Xα-SW method to Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 as example of Ba(B'1/3B''2/3)O3 complex proverskite, and intends to explain the micro structure mechanism of B-site ion for arraying orderly in terms of the electronic structure.
The more stable ordered structure of BMN phase can contribute to lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss than BaTiO3.

In order to obtain an important azobenzene liquid crystal with high birefrience, click chemistry reaction was used to preparation the compound.
In addition, the synthesized compound was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR to confirm the consistent structure, and the liquid crystal phase behaviors of phase sequences were investigated by polarizingmicroscope (POM).
When the azobenzene LC-doped blend is incorporated into an optical structure, this allows for phototuning of the spectral properties [11].
Such blends can be incor-porated into arbitrary optical structures through the use of holo-graphic photopolymerization [12].
The synthesized compound was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR to confirm the consistent structure, and the liquid crystal phase behaviors of phase sequences was investigated by polarizingmicroscope.

The composition and transformation of phase and structure with different milling time and annealed at 800 °C for 24 h were characterized by the X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis.
With the help of XRD and SEM analysis, the changes of phase and structure under different milling time and annealed at 800 °C for 24 h were analyzed, and the reaction mechanism was also discussed.
