The paper is about synthesizing the 2-ethylhexyl nitrate(2-EHN) with nitric acid and 2-Ethyl hexanol as raw materials and sulfuric acid as catalyst in a micro-channel reactor.
The paper is based on advanced micro-channel response technology, combining with the actual situation of Nanjing refinery. 2-ethyl hexanol and HNO3(98%) are used as raw materials, and H2SO4 is used as the catalyst.

The materials in advection pump can be expelled from the bottom of the pump with the controlled speed.

To produce the biomass charcoal of high quality [18], carbonization device must have the following features: (1) temperature can be controlled, furnace body itself has block heating and slow cooling effect; (2) reaction under the condition of the anaerobic or anoxia, the whole sealing condition of reactor should be better;(3) low requirements on raw materials’ species and size, no pretreatment, strong adaptability to raw materials;(4) the volume of reaction equipment is relatively small, easy to manufacture, suitable for small-scale production
