Jiexiu, whose gross area reaches 744 square kilometers and who has a population of 372,500, is famous for the saying " Three Virtuous Native Place" because of the three distinguished men, including Jie Zitui who devoted part of his cuisse to his King in the Spring and Autumn Period, Guo Linzong who had a rich understanding of the historical records in the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wen Yanbo who had both civil and military abilities in the Earlier Song Dynasty for about 50 years.

One of the main constructional materials, that using in the civil and industrial engineering and etc. is concrete.
Conclusion The key feature of the European standards is that it contains only functional requirements, no a neat description how should be implemented of the engineering proposals, there is the most important the final result.
The Russian standards impose the excess requirements that conducting to inefficient engineering proposals' implementation.

The Improvement of Deformation Analysis for Circular Tunnel Based on Hoek-Brown Criterion in Strain-Softening Rock Mass Jian-Xin HAN1,a*, Lei WANG2,b, Bei JIANG3,c, Chun-Mei ZHENG4,d 1School of Mathematic and Quantitative Economics, Shandong University of Finance and Economics, Shandong Jinan, China; 2PLA Institute of Engineering Corps, Jiangsu, Xuzhou, China 3School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, University of Jinan,Shandong Jinan, China; 4School of Civil Engineering, Ludong University, Yantai, Shandong, China amohan2002@126.com, bwljddfoxmail.com, cjiangbei519@qq.com, d779869123@qq.com *Corresponding author Keywords: Strain-Softening Model, Circular Tunnel, Deformation Analysis, Hoek-Brown Criterion.
Circular tunnel is often used in engineering, so it is important in engineering to analyze the stability of lined circular tunnel with internal pressure.
But they all assume that support pressure is known a priori, and in practical application, it is required to measure to obtain the support pressure, which limits the engineering application to a great extent.
