The factors that impact the waterproofing performance of the impregnant were investigated including the emulsifier amount, the penetration depth and the contact time.
The properties of concrete coated with the composite impregnant were researched.
And the factors that affect the waterproofing performance were also investigated.
The concrete specimen should be cured for 15days after coating at the temperature of 20℃~23℃ and relative humidity of 50%~60% before the waterproofing properties being detected.

Air permeability is one of the thermal comfort properties of clothing and fabrics.
Air permeability of fabric is one of thermal comfort properties and related to other thermal comfort properties of moisture transmission [1].
Porosity is one of the significant factors affecting the air permeability of fabric, which was defined by the ‘ratio of void space to fiber in a given volume of the fabric [6].
This study aims to comparatively evaluate the cooling properties of four types of cooling towel products by analyzing the air permeability behavior.
The samples of Perfect Fitness showed the poorest cooling effect, whereas N-rit, Cooldyxm and Ice Towel samples had comparable air permeability properties.

Abstract.
In principle dimensional synthesis also needs considering various factors, such as the tools' ability to achieve the position and posture, dexterity, precision, stiffness, etc.
Performance Index of Dimensional Synthesis Since the condition number k of Jacobian matrix J can better reflect the mapping properties of speed, accuracy and stiffness between the operation workspace and the joint workspace, it has been well accepted that the most suitable local performance index is the condition number of the Jacobian matrix, that is, ( ) 1 k J J J − = (4) where, J represents the norm of Jacobian matrix.

In order to find out possible causes for the damage,
relevant mechanical properties of the roll have been determined and thermally and mechanically
induced stresses were assessed by numerical simulation.
Figure 1: Large fragment chip-off on a roll Figure 2: Elliptic crack in the calibre of the roll Figure 3: Cross section of a roll with in-depth propagated cracks Material Properties In order to perform numerical calculations of the thermal-mechanical stresses, relevant material properties of Si3N4 had to be determined.
Values for other material properties needed for calculation have been taken from suppliers' data sheets [8,9].
First considerations and estimates of stress intensity factors KI indicate that mechanically induced stresses occurring during the rolling of superalloys can lead to catastrophic failure after only a few tonnes of wire.

The resultant factors and their proportions of thermal deformation were presented through regression calculation.
The associated factors of thermal distortion were analyzed using the regression calculation.
However, different points still have respective temperatures, so identify the key influence factors for distortions in the feed system is still complex.
In order to make the deformation effect factors clear, 105 samples were selected in the three fixed selected points.
The study provides a good experimental platform for studying the influential factors of feed axis thermal distortions and also gives an objective and effective test scheme.

Fig. 2 Adhesive failure between hot melt adhesives and epoxy primer
The bonding failure between hot melt adhesive and epoxy primer was mainly due to following factors:
(1) The impact of preheat temperature.
Thus there was not effective physical diffusion or chemical reaction between adhesive and epxoy primer coating, affecting the interfacial adhesion performance
Some of hot melt adhesives were better melted, but others were melted imcompletely, affecting the bonding effect of the adhesive and primer.
It might contain a variety of impurities, which affects the interfacial adhesion property
Therefore, on the condition that there was not effect on the polyethylene anticorrosive, appropriate changing components should be considered to improve the adhesive properties of hot melt adhesive and polyethylene, thereby improving the adhesive properties of the hot melt adhesive and PE layer of main pipe , enhancing the interfacial adhesion strength.

Li/FeS2 cells with the
prepared iron disulfides as cathodes were studied for discharge properties at room temperature using
the 0.5M LiTFSI in tetra(ethylene glycol) dimethyl ether (TEGDME).
The enhanced properties resulted from the better electronic conductivity of the material containing the metallic additive.
The discharge capacity and cycleability of lithium/FeS2 cell depend on a number of additional factors like the experimental conditions used, cut off potentials employed, addition of transition metals in the electrode, etc.
From this it is inferred that the overall reactions of FeS2 are not affected by the additives.
The discharge properties of Li/FeS2 cells with these materials as cathode were investigated at room-temperature.

Many factors impacting mountainous highway routing decision-making.
Many factors affecting highway routing plan such as the topographic condition, operation condition and environmental protection.
The factors influence with each other and its weight is variable.
In solving process for decision-making of route selection, it is very important to determine the weight of decision factor which affect the reliability and accuracy of the alternative ranking result.

To ensure the using safety and extend applying area of the new green civil material,
the key material properties of HPS should be studied, such as fatigue crack growth rate.
As a result, the study in fatigue property of HPS base metal deserves sufficient attention.
Several factors affect whether or not the fatigue cracks propagate and how these cracks propagates, such as elastic modulus, threshold value, and fracture toughness.

Thus, the water absorption behaviour of the material would affect its comfort property.
During sweating, the material close to skin may get wetting and its absorption property would greatly affect the human comfort [3-8].
Therefore, the absorption rate of the material is one of the important factors in product design [9].
The fabrics contain certain percentage of elastic fibre to improve their stretch properties.
The absorption rate was measured according to the AATCC Test Method 195 - 2012 (Liquid Moisture Management Properties of Textile Fabrics) with moisture management tester.
