Introduction Safety is the most important for the ship to travel on the ocean.
Nowadays, electronic chart system has been the key part in ship navigation and maritime traffic control.
Zhang et al. did the simulation test of ship navigation safety evaluation based on electronic chart system [2].
Conclusions The International Maritime Organization (Maritime Safety Committee) laid down the requirement for High Speed Craft to be fitted with ECDIS on a mandatory basis, with an implementation date of 1 July 2008 for the newly built craft and 1 July 2010 for the existing craft.
