As shown in Fig.1, the two approaches can produce different factors of safety and the factor of safety can vary for different assumed design soil parameters.
As the rate of excavating is a critical component in determining how the ground movements are controlled in certain stage construction, a rapid deterioration in the factor of safety is clear and the risk level will become intolerable in a rapid mode, as shown in the traffic light system in Fig. 7 [4].
Fig. 7 Risk trigger value in traffic light system for an incremental excavation (modified from [4]) When the communication between involved groups is poor, the project risk tends to be worse.

Abstract.
When the connection parts of the vehicle appears loose, it will lead to a new vibration, and result in parts damaged increasingly, which affects the vehicle safety.
With the current rapid development of the domestic automobile, vehicle safety and reliability have got widespread concern, so the study of the safety problem caused by vehicle vibration in the specific user conditions has important application value. 1.
The user condition data and the road spectral data obtained under these conditions can be applied to vehicles test on the bench or simulation, and can also be used to EVP road productions. 1.1 User Conditions analysis Establishing user target is based primarily on the user’s vehicle type, road conditions (including local traffic, weather conditions) and the driver’s operation habit.

However, LED has many characteristics like safety
in use and low consumption, of which the energy consumption is decreased by 80% in contrast to
incandescent lamps with the same lighting efficiency, thus LED is particularly suitable for the
application in public places.
For example, the management of scenic spots includes, to control the traffic flow in the scenic spots and promote green environmental protection travel; to create free bicycle service points, where visitors can borrow bicycles for a free ride to reduce carbon emissions in the travel, in addition ,the side-effects can be reduced on climate and ecological environment of ecological preservation; in the tourism season and holidays, it is to guide tourists for public traffic transfers in tourist transport centers; it is to establish transport systems of environmental protection and energy conservation in the scenic spots.
